K.Y.C Verification

Recommended Posts

I do not participate in such airdrops that require verification from users, they can be fraudulent and collect other people's passport data.

Actually, I do not like dealing with sites that require this form for verification, and I prefer working with other sites that do not require KYC. Because I do not like to share my personal information with any website

Honestly, crypto has become so popular because it allows a certain degree of anonymity and that is why people are so invested in crypto. Having to do KYC identification takes away from this because it requires you to share personal information, which i personally do not do. Therefore i d not sign up to any site that requires KYC verification as i do not like to upload anything personal online. Especially to crypto sites, where many can be scams.

No, you do not need to document the KYC for any Airdrop that it requests from you, it may be SCAM and use your information for fraudulent purposes

I do not prefer air projections and code projects because most of them are fraudulent and do not pay anything, and steal all our investment and if we verify through kyc they will likely steal our personal information and use it for illegal things and things

KYC verification is for the real big exchange platforms to verify the real identity of a customer. But it will be no use for the some random airdrops. In those there is a huge chance to get scammed and lose all the information of a user.  So maybe giving all the personal details won't be beneficial for a trader and a investor. Every user must be aware abou doing it.

I do not have great confidence in such airdrops and it is dangerous to provide them with your personal information and activate KYC because it may exploit this in illegal matters.

Do airdrops really pay because I have tried a good number of them including those requested for kyc verifications but non paid me they only asked for huge amounts of transaction fees for sending me my earnings and this is the reason that made me not to be comfortable with these projects.

There are some airdrops that you don't have any choice that you have to do it, some of them are worth to participate on them, so it isn't there fault as well, scammers have already spoil the image of airdrop

I think I will be reluctant to go into faucets if I should submit my KYC. Rather I don't even trust faucets site because they're full of scam.

Even, without KYC, I can not register on faucets because they are not profitable and most are gambling sites.

I think before KYC verification, you should study the airdrop project that you will be participating in, Is it legal and safe? Does this coin have a good future? And if the answer is yes, then there is no problem with it KYC verification

I think that it`s dangerous to send documents to unsafe sites so I pass KYC only on sites which are well-known and which can guarantee that docs wouldn`t be lost or used in another ways

KYC is a good security verification because it helps the site owner to get only legit users in their sites. Scammers will not agree to upload their documents in sites because it will be easy for any action to be taken for them if they will do bad things.

I will never participate in Airdrop asking about doing KYC, this is not reasonable, most Airdrop pay some dollars, no more and maybe less, and our personal information could be at risk if the company is not reliable.

If the known platforms now are the ones that ask you to confirm your information and your privacy, then I can do that or if you are anonymous, I will not do that, this is an adventure and this is your privacy and you are the one who pushes yourself to defraud you to beware of such things as they are dangerous . not all airdrops are true

The best decision in my opinion would be to complete KYC verification only on the airdrops that are from the trusted source and that are paying, others do not worth it.

Well, i think not mostly the airdrop is requiring some KYC mate, they're just wanted you to joined from their groups like telegram chats and getting your emails as your contact, if you're seeing some airdrop and requiring some KYC, kindly check it first if that airdrop is legit to avoid being scammed.

I do not trust airdrops because I have been wasting a lot of time due to fraudulent airdrops, which is why I am not giving any personal or confidential information to the airdrop that KYC requests and I advise everyone to keep their information away from any unknown source.

Most crypto airdrops are now requesting for KYC verification for anyone to be in the airdrop list. Do you submit KYC to every airdrop or are you reluctant to participate in a airdrop if it has KYC??

KYC (Know Your Customer) is regarded as security process to prevent financial laundering and theft, I feel otherwise however. I have only done KYC once when I was still a newbie and I can tell, no amount of airdrop is worth releasing your ID, passport, names in the name of security process, we don't know how our information are being handled, what if the database is hacked into or something?

Therefore, this should indeed be considered. Do we want to release our identity to the public just hoping for a small nominal airdrop. But all the choices are in each person, if they still want to do it. Let it be!

You hardly even find a real airdrop that pays up to a dollar. They give out non-tradeable tokens and they want to collect sensitive information for that? As you said, everyone has right to choices, but is it worth it?

Personally I do not like to send the K.Y.C check to any website, let alone the new airdrops, it's too risky to hand over our identity to people we don't even know
