I do not think that any of those things will affect this forum. The forum is just a source for learning crypto currencies. The forum will always remain even though their are countries that get banned and the reason for that is that so many are still starting out in crypto and this forum is the best place for them to start with.

The best way to avoid your posts being deleted is to make sure that you are creating unique contents. Make sure that you do not plagiarise other peoples content. If you do everything correctly then you have nothing to worry about.

The person that created the topic does not matter, what matters is what the topic contains. If a beginner was a able to create a topic with good contents then it is surely going to have a lot of reputation from different members.

Many users don't care about creating topics and that might be because they feel the topics they want to create already exists. This shows us that not everyone would love to create topics. It is not a big deal and if you feel you won't be comfortable creating topics then don't.
