  1. You need to be careful with these scams. I'll tell you how to avoid most of them. Do not rush. This is where they are counting. They managed to make $110k in about half an hour. This was from people that rushed to send money to the scammers. When you think carefully and try to do research instead it is then you realize what happened.
  2. If you can't understand something written in a post you can always ask in a reply. Noone knows everything and I am in your position sometimes as well. If you ask what a certain term means or anything you do not understand, other members that know the answer will try to help and provide an explanation. This is one thing this forum can certainly help. What you do not know is probably something only a few might be able to answer correctly.
  3. Trading or even holding will be far better than dumping as all these people were used to do during the last campaign. I hope they reconsider their stance on the new campaign as once again they will lose by selling right at the bottom.
  4. The forum is not clean yet and there are always certain people trying to exploit and earn by cheating. Actually it wasn't made to teach crypto currency, I don't know where you've read something like that. It isn't valid though. It was made for people to discuss cryptocurrencies. Somehow many people that had no idea about crypto decided they should try and earn 2-3 dollar per day by spamming nonsense replies and offering nothing.
  5. We have a trading section and there are many informative posts. Also many people post their trades and price predictions. But usually people use specific websites for this reason as tradingview.
  6. Supply and demand can be artificial. The Ethereum network is dead and right now it is only the same people that are trying to push DeFi and will eventually get rekt all together. Sick gas prices as these will keep rising for a long time. Total rip-off and totally useless network. We will have to wait a long time to see something changing. Price of Ethereum might rise but this will be pure speculation and zero utility.
  7. I got some DOGE by trading DICE on the listing day but its price now is doing surprisingly good. Is there a chance that DICE will have some utility in the yobit exchange as I don't see a reason to keep this high price.
  8. About that it was stated by moderator @Desais that the doubling up is not working right now so it is 10 TALK for each post no matter what.
  9. I've used all the above as well but I think that WAVES might be the best option. 0,002 withdrawl fees from yobit (less than a cent) and speed is amazing, only takes a few minutes to be able to use them on the other exchange.
  10. While there are cryptocurrencies that have a purpose and some might succeed in creating a working product that will be used by millions of people daily, I still think that currently the one that has already succeeded and is being used by millions of people is only Bitcoin. Ethereum with 130 gwei gas average is a useless network, not worthy of even looking at. I sold most of the alts after the latest rally, as profits were 300% and more and added some to the BTC position and some to bank to cover expenses. Monero still didn't pump a lot and I'm expecting a rally.
  11. Correct assesement. We won't just make money without doing nothing. Trading means risk. We earn a few more crypto from writting comments but to make a living means that we should develop certain skills that crypto projects and platforms need in order to hire us. Just by investing we can make money today and lose a lot after a mistake, or a bear market. It is a high risk market too and we never know what tomorrow brings.
  12. Total market cap is the trick to find out when to buy a coin and when to sell. Taking a look to the top altcoins right now for example makes me pessimistic to invest in any of them (besides Bitcoin). I do not know why people think that all these useless coins should be valued so high. I'm expecting Bitcoin to crash all altcoins sooner or later. Perhaps Ethereum,Monero and a few more might have a chance to grow, but 99,9% are there for no reason.
  13. User: Billahi Profile Link: https://cryptotalk.org/profile/237175-billahi/ Reason: Plagiarism - Copy pasted a comment of another member. Plagiarised post: Source:
  14. You replied to something I posted months ago and is not valid right now as we are getting payments without any problem. I don't know what you mean by "continue to work" either as I don't see the Cryptotalk forum as work.
  15. What is this post about? The title suggest trading training but there is nothing in the subject. Anyway while there are many crypto traders that provide certain trading courses I wouldn't recommend paying for any of them. Most contain stuff you will never use and while some may have certain information on how for example futures or margin works, still you can find this information for free.
  16. Instead of searching in Play Store try to download the apps and wallets from the official website. They always have links that will redirect to the correct android app.
  17. If you are talking about Bitcoin mining the most important factor is electricity price. If you are able to make a deal with a vendor and get cheap electricity it can be a really good investment. There is need for funds as you will have to buy the equipment and securely store them in a warehouse or basement along with installing cooling systems. There is no bad time to start mining. It is a business. Miners usually hold when prices are low and sell when they grow higher to maximize profits.
  18. While I do not know about the rest on your list, I am certain that Binance app does not mine cryptocurrencies. I don't know if any coin has a profitable mining app either, I've read of some in the past as Electroneum but the app is fake. I've also read about pi which while I do not see it having a future still it may be profitable some time in the future.
  19. ICO's are also about altcoins which are not listed on exchanges yet but are doing some crowdfunding and see how it goes. While most ICO's were fake a few of them managed to do very well as EOS. Still all altcoins are extremely risky as investments and in my opinion should be treated as a way to earn more Bitcoins when traded back.
  20. I don't see how this is the best place to exchange our crypto. There are many better exchanges which we can use. If it offers something special I am willing to listen but I always recommend to Cryptotalk members to do research before sending your funds on any exchange.
  21. Forex is a certain market where you can trade national currencies between them. It is trading exactly as cryptocurrency trading is. It is a certain market where you can trade. There is no comparison to make between trading and forex.
  22. You need to read the bounty post and figure out how it will be best for you. Bounty posts contain all details you will need to have. Each bounty is different and each bounty manager has different requirements. See first if you cover the requirements with your social media and forum rank. You will need to write down a few things to make this easier. Opening an excel sheet for each bounty may help. Also you need to report your work so you need to have the links of your posts. Anyway it is too much work and you will need at least a couple of hours to make a proper format of what you need and what you don't.
  23. There is a trick scammers are using lately and it has been lucrative to them. They use google ads to direct inexperienced users to fake or clone exchanges that have similar names to the legit ones. Be very careful with this type of scam as it is increasing lately. Google does not do much to prevent it.
  24. I suggest to everyone doing their own research concerning how anonymous or private they think online activities are. Illegal activities in the darknet are monitored constantly and arrest have been made. I would also recommend not to be curious about it and don't try to use the dark net to see what this is about. Would you want to find out where criminals do their deals in real life and get caught watching them? Of course not. So just don't even think about it.
  25. Judging by the fact that the OP didn't reply to questions while he was seemingly active days later is a red flag. Probably could not or didn't want to answer the questions raised by members here.
