  1. The forum isn't censoring opinions if this is what you are asking. It doesn't allow weak posts or duplicates, probably your negative posts on Bitcoin were considered to be like that and were deleted. In any case if you have a post deleted and want to know the reason, we can't know about that, it is a moderator that would be able to answer this question. Anyway, if you have something to say that isn't nonsense about Bitcoin then it should be allowed.
  2. If I don't have a reason to publish a new post, then I will not make one that will probably be breaking rules. I have created a lot of posts, but I always had a reason. Some members just create posts that don't help anyone, I don't want to do that and I am sure that after sometime nobody wants to spam the forum with duplicate posts.
  3. There have been a few signature campaigns in this forum. When I joined I remember there were many members having signatures of some projects and campaigns were running. But lately there hasn't been a good one. I hope this will change as the forum is having more users online now, than when I started in September. It is something I am expecting to see in the forum to be increasing. I think that the online casino websites are not giving a lot of attention to this forum either. While there are signatures running in bitcointalk, there aren't in Cryptotalk, and this is a mistake on their part. I am sure there will be increased traffic in their websites if a good gambling website runs a short campaign in this forum, with selected participants.
  4. Posts can be deleted. If they do before the payment, then they will not count for payment. About your problem, you have to wait for one week before you start getting your first payments. When you finished your 100 posts, it starts counting then. One week later you will start receiving them.
  5. The same topic will be deleted, and changing the words to make it look different doesn't justify doing it. This will again be another duplicate post that will probably be deleted once found. The forum requires new topics, like problems you might be having with an application, or tutorials that don't exist yet and technical information, but anything we post as a new post it shouldn't be there before.
  6. I agree the criticism should be constructive when we meet decent members that are trying. There are some though that have not being trying at all and they don't deserve constructive criticism. This member here that posted this, no matter if he hasn't been in the forum for months, it is not a bad member. I have seen many posts that cover this forum and lately in most sections they are becoming better. We must admit that through time the forum is getting better.
  7. We heard nothing yet on the reasons of Bittrex delisting privacy coins. The good part is that no other exchange followed, so it could have only been an isolated insident within Bittrex that alarmed them so much they decided to delist privacy coins. I still think that Monero and Zcash will be used more often in later years but I can't give a clear advice on holding or not. There is a risk of these coins getting banned and delisted by most exchanges in the future, if it is demanded by governments.
  8. The way I see it, there will be a settlement and nothing will change, except the only thing will be Ripple having to report to SEC whenever the company moves funds out of the vaults to sell in the crypto markets. Maybe SEC will tell them to limit the sales or something like that and ask for a very big fine for the years that Ripple was selling the XRP, in a way that made billions of dollars for the Ripple founders.
  9. He timed his tweet perfectly in 2013. I had no idea who Saylor was until lately, but after looking at that tweet, it was right before the market crashed and Bitcoin entered an existential crisis for two years, right after that point. Saylor made a good bet this year too, and I am expecting to read a similar post like those in 2013 when he sells.
  10. Musk made a bet but I don't think he cares a lot. I don't know what he plans to do either. With Tesla it looks that this company can have big problems in this decade and many are giving predictions that Tesla might not make it. SpaceX on the other hand is more promising. Musk has done a big favor for Bitcoin but is not interested in the crypto world. I don't think it was the first step but since he only cares to discuss Doge, this is just about it as I see it.
  11. I haven't given a lot of attention to the taxation, this is for the big guys that make millions so I am skipping any news about companies tracking taxes and how much it should be registered with the tax authorities. For the simple investors it makes little sense to worry, but if the money grows to high amounts then I will start thinking about this. What is important is the regulated environment that attracts more investors of higher levels of wealth.
  12. Many things are happening lately. It has been very bullish so far and the Coinbase IPO will offer us more results about the current sentiment of the crypto markets. But this is not money that will enter the crypto world, it will be for Coinbase exchange to increase the operations of what they are doing. I am not convinced that the growth of these exchanges is helping too much the market. I mean that even just with medium sized exchanges the market would be doing just fine.
  13. It is what is going to happen as some countries are already creating a cryptocurrency based on backing by government, while all other countries are thinking about it. It is the natural progress of fiat money which is not going to stand without a fight and let the crypto we have today take over their business. Money is state run and by law it is not allowed to create a new money system inside a country. The cryptocurrencies that are decentralized are simply allowed because there isn't a way to stop them.
  14. Well said in these examples. It is how we trade and profit. We can double or quadruple our trade when buying low as we expect the market rise. And we sell for a profit as this is trading we don't do that to lose money but to make. The prices can grow too much though, so when trading we can take the profit and leave something behind, to sell later. No need to sell everything as it can give us a better ROI when we are in bull run.
  15. I have never had such a problem in the forum. It was always up and running for me and I was never forced logged out. It is either a problem with your account or a problem with your system. Maybe you have some browser that instantly cleans all logins after some time, this is certainly something most probably happening only to you.
  16. The headquarters of Ripple should be in San Francisco but if something goes wrong then they can reallocate to Japan, where they have the top partners and some kind of acceptability. In the USA it seems that the regulators want to put a fine on Ripple and ask for some millions, maybe 20-50 but will also ask for commitments, perhaps a release of the XRP held by Ripple or some kind of change in the way it runs the business to allow it. Ripple as it stands today it is doing it all illegally in the USA.
  17. This news goes on as now the USA authorities are accusing Binance of not doing enough, and will try to make a case like it happened previously with Bitmex. Don't forget that there had been arrest warrants for Bitmex three executives and one of them is Arthur Hayes the Bitmex CEO, that is expected to turn himself in, in April. Maybe more arrest warrants will follow for Binance, as the crime is this is the exact same case.
  18. Maybe Venezuela has found in Bitcoin an ally nobody was expecting. In fact they took a very long time to adopt a currency that is universally accepted and can help the country recover from the hyperinflation of the problematic currency and mistakes made. Stability is what will Bitcoin bring in this country and allow it to be sovereign minimizing the outside financial effects to the economy and allow it to trade with other partners with a currency adopted worldwide.
  19. I haven't heard of Paypal for many months. I was expecting we would read news very often with statistics and amount of Bitcoins bought in Paypal but we read nothing at all. It gives me another reason not to trust Paypal at all especially with all the account bans that I have read about and the scamming with the one way refunds that can't be challenged. I never liked Paypal either as we had to trust someone in the USA to hold our money, and I prefer keeping my crypto in my wallet. But Paypal hasn't even given a total amount of Bitcoins bought. This worries me.
  20. If we trade correctly volatility doesn't make a difference. It is a problem when we are beginners in this and have to face difficult decisions when holding our trade and have to listen to fud, or when someone buys the top right before a dip. It is difficult then but Bitcoin when in bull run pays back holding. As for volatility I don't mind it as I did when I started. I don't see a problem after watching the market for some time. My main problem is how to profit with alts and make the definite strategy to extract the maximum from the alt seasons.
  21. Satoshi is a persona that we will never see again. We don't even know if this was just one person. In the whitepaper there is a plural term which probably means more than just one person were involved in the creation of Bitcoin. The rest are history since it is so many years before and most of us haven't even heard of Bitcoin in 2010. We can speculate but it is very difficult to provide evidence so any argument without proof is useless.
  22. The price can rise parabolic into levels we won't believe. Some of those giving predictions are having unique tools that we don't as econometrics and statistical applications that have very low factor of mistake. Of course predictions are not 100% reliable so we have to get there at the price predicted for confirmation. 100k is possible and higher for this year, but this year will also be the end of the bull run.
  23. Litecoin is not what it was in early years. There is just 1% of the hype it had in 2017 and 2018 when the community of this coin had grown into numbers that could be compared to Bitcoin only. It was even stronger than Ethereum in previous years, all until the moment Charlie Lee sold. If the founder doesn't believe in it, then which investor would keep holding? Maybe a good price for Litecoin would be $40, and in two years it will go there again, maybe even lower.
  24. I am not exactly sure what is going on with the SEC. We have seen some kind of weak response and a very small fine for Tether to pay, we have seen something similar for EOS. But for Ripple they take a very hard stance. Maybe we will notice some fine of around 40 million and all will be forgotten. I just don't think that SEC will stop Ripple or XRP the way it did with the telegram project.
  25. I think that the most opportunities for the time being are in altcoins and not those that are very high in price already but in altcoins that still haven't made that "pump" during an alt season. We see quite a few have been raised a lot like BNB, ADA, DOT and more. But these are looking they can't grow more. I won't risk for limited profit but I will try to shoot for higher potential.
