Yeah, getting followers is very hard nowadays increasing reputation is a lot more easier because people earn talk token if they give rates. But if they don't pay for rates then even it' very hard to get reputation.

People that have followers are sure to be good posters, those are the qualities admin want, moderators can not ban such people 3except do multiple accounts. Also, people that have high rating at likely to post good but rating can also be spammed.

people give rates to unique posts and topics and when they see you writing many good posts they follow you , this does not mean you will get a lot more reputation but for sure you will get some more if you kept writing on the same level they expecting from you

I personally don't follow anyone here in the forum, i just like to visiting others account to check how good they are when it comes to posting.
