Really sorry for your lost dear friend but you should have inquiry the idax coin because there is lot video in the youtube that idax is a scam exchange. So next time be careful about new exchange.

i hope you didn't lost much money, but this is why keeping coins on exchange is not safe, they can run away or getting hacked.

 

today i see that idax has a daily volume of 725 BTC so there are people that are still trading on this exchange

I firmly believe that IDAX is a scam. I have met this news a few times, I am not surprised to have this post, but the thing that makes me wonder is that you join it but probably know less about it, IDAX has a bad reputation. There is no reason for the operator to disappear, he has hugged the money and disappeared

I never used this site and its the first time i heard about it. Maybe they have closed it because they were just scammers and they were only need money and disappear. This will make many people to fear many projects and to loose opportunity to those legit projects.

Yes IDAX exchange run away with all the private keys of their users. It's very bad news. These types of cheap exchange always run aways with all the money of users. So it's lesson for all of us to always invest in reputable exchanges.

I didn't use this exchange but as you are saying it's owner is run away. It s looking that it is scam site. When such popular exchange scam with their users. It is very hard to take people in crypto world.

Yes bro i agree with your advice because take exchange  admin support, first contact them and wait what response they gives then decide you loss your money, its really sad think happen that's why so many times suggests check before the exchange then invest.

In Coinmarketcap they have a notice that the withdraw and deposit are suspended in the exchange and CEO of the exchange is missing ,it's very high risk to use this exchange just be careful

No brother, no updates yet. I lost some really valuable currencies on that exchange. One of the owner has rushed away by taking away the private key of cold wallets. Site is still functional to accept deposit but there is no way to withdraw your funds.

I also heard about this Kind of News that idex exchange is doings scams to its user . but personally I never trying this exchange beacuse This exchange haven't good reputation according to coinmarketcap .
