Yeah I completely agree with you. When you come across a post that you like and see is helpful to you, be kind enough to give a heart reaction it won't take anything from you and moreover it will save you much time than going to give him a personal reply or appreciation about his post.

Yes, It's very hard to get good reputation even if we write good contents here. I am new user even people are randomly giving me low reputation which is very sad. I think all member should give motivation to new member and always appreciate the good news.

Well, that's true mate and as of now, creating a more constructive posts is being required for us so that we can get some reputations in other members and also to earned some TALK coin by having a new payment system.

Maybe most of the time they are focused on finishing their post rather than giving rates first before commenting. Not because they don't want to give you rate doesn't mean the content is not good. Admit it or not, even you or some users just forget to give rates and get lazy to back to the content.

Maybe they are just tired of clicking the heart reaction so even though they really appreciate your post, they don't even give you hear the reaction. Licking is a just a simple thing, let us give them so they become motivated on cresting well topics.

I think the reason thats make people to not give you reactions she they have appreciated with your post, the reason is that they see they don't reacted by others also so its been hard fit them to react for you.

We were all facing this problem in the previous campaign where there were many members who ignore giving good reputation to good topics But with the start of this campaign, the supervisors have allocated an equivalent for each reputation that we give to the members ’posts, and this prompted all members to give all the available hearts to them daily, as 1 talk will be paid for each reputation that we give to one of the posts.

Topics and posts may be deleted because they are duplicates and not because they are not useful and of good quality and for this you must create exclusive topics and they will not be deleted

we don't hold the decision of the other users here in this forum and that we should respect because everyone had their own decision but for me, post or topics that i think helps us to stay longer in this forum i must say that we should give them good reputation because they help us giving us some knowledge and strategies that will help us to become success in this forum.

In my opinion, they just want to finish the daily task or 20 per day and saying thank you on posted topics are just like they dont have nothing to say. It is good that you open up this problem here so I think moderators come your way. Since payment is new, there's payment that if you reached 50 reacts you gave then you will get rewarded

That's possible but I'm hoping that they will use their 50 reputations per day to give to those who really deserves it. 

They must give that so those who will received will be more motivated to post more useful content.

Deleting topics is normal, and secondly, it may be due to a slight mistake, such as posting in an inappropriate section.

 As for the interaction, there is an incentive to do it, as it can be paid that everyone will do.

I agree so many members work in this forum to earn money, but they didn't thinks how hard to post a topic, because topic create do lot of research then later he post topic, if we like the content then put a positive reaction, our  one reputation gives so much confidence to the creator so give these points regarding the topic 🙏.

Topics with good content fully deserve reactions towards the owners of these topics first by thanking them for the good content of the topic and then trying to interact with the content of the topic by expressing an opinion or presenting an idea or suggestion and thank you

Creating a topic is not something easy because you have to think for a problem currently in the forum and at thesame time search for the solution to the problem which I think is not a work for begginers, so let's try to appreciate beneficial topics by giving like whenever we come across one.

Giving a reputation to the topic means a lot from the one who posted it. It's their motivation to create again useful topics. Why we don't spend a little amount of our time clicking the reaction button for the effort and the help of them to us.
