This is not limited to any country or region. People of all countries need fiat to fully meet their needs but USA is among the countries with the highest level of crypto payment acceptance by shops and services. I don't think it's even possible, because the total usd volume is so much higher and if it adopt blockchain technology it would cover maximum percentage of the total Crypto Marketcap so the price needs to decreased of usd and this thing makes it impossible.
