There’s no easy answer to this question. I think short term trading is probably less risky because when you find something that works you can milk it. Get in and get out everyday with a small profit. In the Long term all kinds of things can happen that could affect the price and are out of your control

I will definitely check this exchange out but I doubt I would use it very often unless it has features like Yobit does such as Robotrade, Investbox or Vmining

It does make it hard to trust the bot when there’s so many scam bots on telegram. Anyone can create, fund and advertise their bot on telegram easily. There are so many scams that look just like fastexrobot but I think it’s the only one I can trust.

Is it OK to invest our money in ETN coins ???
Waltee replied to nahidfresh99's topic in Coins / Tokens Talk
What is the app you use to mine the currency called? Pi is the only one I have found worth mining on a mobile. -
The best currency for trading is any currency that it steadily rising in price against btc, eth, usd or doge. It does help if you trust the currency but it’s not essential

I agree, all these crazy coins do is muddy the waters and take away market liquidity from the real coins.

Anyone knows Bitcoin Black? Is it good to invest on it?
Waltee replied to kimberly24's topic in Coins / Tokens Talk
I’ve never heard of bitcoin black, what the codename, I’m guessing btcb. -
I agree, considering all the coding that must go into making these sites operational. Looks and even functionality seem to have taken a back seat.

What kind of simple jobs are you talking about and are there enough of these sites to make a living?

Trying to make sure the crypto isn’t just being pumped is the hard part. Because we all know what happens after that.

Do you consider yourself lucky in crypto world?
Waltee replied to SuperCrypto's topic in For Beginners
Definitely not lucky. Everything I have made came from hard work and study. I’ve only been trading crypto for a few years. The lucky ones are those who found out they had a bunch of btc in a wallet from 10 years ago. -
Which is better, central or decentralized platforms
Waltee replied to Nezar's topic in For Beginners
I haven’t had any security issues on either type. I don’t know why everyone is so concerned about it. Perhaps I don’t have as much at stake as most. -
The rating system is the only thing about this forum that I really dislike. It occurs to me that it wouldn’t be very hard to exploit the rating system with accounts of close friends or fake accounts. I’m certain I could manipulate it quite easily if I were so inclined. Not that I would. I think this is almost certainly happening, sure would explain why some users have ratings in the thousands.

What price is the talk token in USD or Btc. I haven’t received any yet. To be honest I’m really not expecting to make any money from it at all.

I’ve covered most of the things I would want to post fairly extensively commenting on other people’s posts. It almost feels like I’m plagiarising myself😂😂😂

I think that increasing the number of tokens awarded will only serve to reduce the value of the token. Inflation works the same way in the crypto world as in the fiat world. -
Searching for free crypto is just waste of time.
Waltee replied to Ch Ayyan's topic in For Beginners
I couldn't agree more, its such a waste of time for the returns on offer. I don't mind chasing some of the free coins from Yobit, like Yotra, Easy, Talk & Dlrs just because they are mostly easy to get and i can invest them back into Yobit. Everywhere else, it seems to take more time and energy to attain any free coins than the amount you receive is worth. -
I think the headline of this topic says it all, "Learn". Once you have an understanding of the markets, especially the larger markets then its far easier to exploit discrepancies when they come along. Another useful rule that should be apparent to everyone is buy low and sell high.

Why Would you Recommend Cryptotalk to your Friends?
Waltee replied to Vanessa's topic in About Forum
I try to recommend all things crypto to my friends and family all the time, none of them ever seem interested. Its their loss i suppose. Lots of people still don't understand it. They think its some sort of get rich quick scheme and the ship has sailed. -
BTC and XRP : Which of the two for long term do you invest in ?
Waltee replied to Maxtron73's topic in Crypto World
Definitely btc. I really don’t trust xrp because thinking back, nobody seems to have had any accurate Predictions about it. Although I guess the same could have been said about btc. -
How do you feel when you lose money on crypto by day trading ?
Waltee replied to Maxtron73's topic in Crypto World
Losing always hurts and you have to expect some losses every now and then. I only go all in or bet large when I’m certain so my losses are usually quite small. -
If you have enough capital you can make quite a lot day trading. The trick in my experience is to find a steadily rising currency, buy it, set an order to sell it so you make 5-10% on the trade and then start the process over, finding steadily rising coins is the hard part.
