I posted this topic in the beginners section because I saw that many people do not know about the Japanese candles used in technical analysis

Japanese candles: a type of charts on the trading platform, which allows to display price fluctuations to the trader in the market. It is one of the most popular methods of technical analysis.

 

It looks really like candles. and It is essential in many forms of technical analysis.

@Omar Ommeish  This is a good topic, all traders must know how to read the japanese candlesticks and the picture make the basics easy to understand. However there is a mistake ! Japanese candlesticks have been developed in the 18th century by Munehisa Homma , a Japanese rice trader... I suggest you to rectify it.

Japanese candles are a kind of bot or a programme that is used to show the fluctuations of prices. This shows the changes of cryptocurrencies to all the traders in the market. This is a quite famous program and loved by all the traders of the world mostly in Japan. This program was established in 1980. So this can help you a lot also.

Thanks for sharing this valuable information to us for analyzing the price of the currency. But i think this japanese candle is not that easy to understand because i don't really get what it purpose of "close" and "open" there. I rather used the chart on yobit exchange because it easy to see the price if its go up or down.

Japanese candles are often called candle sticks these days. I think it started from a japanese trader who wants its chart to look good while they know when the sticks open and close. its actually the DOJI that most are looking for in charts because it indicates trend change. These are for advance traders though and I'm not qualified to talk more of it :)

Yes, my friend, Japanese candles are very useful in explaining the times of opening and closing prices in the market and it is the most used method at the present time most people depend on it in analyzing the markets because it gives useful information about the times and place of opening and closing candles and the highest price reached by the candle and also the lowest price
