Because you don't know about the rulesyou can easily make lots of mistake that you don't know about.

I don't have lot of experiences with cryptocurrencies but as far as I know right now dogecoin is not doing well. But it can be go up in the future so it's up to you what we should do. No that will be not any problem if you work different Wi-Fi access. And you also can use public Wi-Fi there will be no problem too. I use mobile phone to and I also travel a lot so I used lots of other Wi-Fi to work. That is no problem for me till now and I didn't get any warning point too so I think they are won't be any problem for you too.
