What will you do if Bitcoin price drop 1000$ after you already buy it at 6000$?

That is a good decision I think holding is the best thing to do at that moment since the market is always volatile and there is hope everytime for the rise

It can not happen to me, if bitcoin price dropped from $6000 to $5600, I will immediate put stop price at $5500 so that if they market price dropped to $5500, a trade will be automatically placed and convert it to the coin I want, I will prefer tether. So, I will continuously checking the market to know the best time to invest again.

We that is a good plan to agree with that means you have double chance to earn enough profit as possible when the price rises more than the price you purchased in with.

Well since you will only be able to react when it reaches the $1.000 i would prefer to HODL till a new comeback swing up to 6k again.

 

But that's never going to happen, it is said by experts and as well we saw from graphical historical data, it will possible able to down till the $4.000 nontheless because there are already too much coins lost and no recover will be able to happen.

If that happens, I will keep the bitcoins that I have purchased and I will buy more bitcoins at this low price and wait again for the price to rise because the price of bitcoin goes up and down continuously and cannot stay low

The answer is simple, I would keep holding it because if it drops from $6,000 to $1,000 it already reached the bottom or is really close to it so at that point bitcoin most probably have a bounce and I would either sell after that bounce or if I don't care much about short term price I would keep holding it more and sell it only after it get passed 6k again and brings me profit, keep in mind that bitcoin after 2017 always had a big bounce after getting to 3k so every price lower than 3k is a huge buy.

You suggestion of borrowing money to buy some coins in that case is great but I don't encourage it because investing involves risk and I wouldn't like it to risk someone's money it's better to just keep on holding those I bought if I had no cash at that time of huge drop of price after purchasing at a high price that's the step I was going to take.

I agree with your idea, the best in such case is to hold, but I did one thing in the last bitcoin bear market, as the coin was falling in price, I still invested more tether, so I was able to gain more than I expected when bitcoin pumped.

I don't think Bitcoin price will drop around $1000 because Bitcoin market cap is very big. I understand at time bitcoin price going down but I'm sure very soon bitcoin price will go high and give profit those people who bought bitcoin at price $6000.

@Babubu609, I have already bought Bitcoin around $7000 up to 0.01btc and it dropped to about $4800 last year. I had two options then;

1. Sell to avoid losing more
2. Keep being patient and optimistic

You want to know which option I chose. Basically, this is where you emotional control come into play, you won't know what you will do in this case if you haven't experienced it. I kept and sold them when it regain to about $7500, small profit, ain't it?

If im in that situation i will not borrow from others because there is instances i cant give it back if the price is going down. I will just hold my coins until everything gonna be okay. I hope the price is going higher again if it is that the case for now

there is not a lot of things you can do , dropping directly from 7000 to 1000 means there is something bigger coming and the price will go higher again and may cross 7000 and may not , even if it didn't rise again there not always win in trading , there is lose also and i would try to make my loses as lower as possible
