I read many question answers and posts about  bitcoin  halving  I know what is bitcoin  halving  and it is happened  after 4 years . But my question is who conduct  bitcoin  halving.  Is there is any person or company who create  halving.

No one, it's a part of the bitcoin code. No one is controlling bitcoin, that's the whole point. Miners are just agreeing with the current code so they mine that chain.

 

And as a free tip, if the code was being altered, and it would attract miners, that would mean a forked new coin.

I think who conduct the Bitcoin halving is he or she or they called Satoshi Nakamoto, so they are who decide for adding new Bitcoin in the circulation, because Satoshi Nakamoto is the creator of Bitcoin.

He's also the creator or the one who develop bitcoin but I don't have idea if he invented the halving. 

I think the one who invented halving was a different person.

The halving is one of the consensus rules of Bitcoin that was hard-coded in the Bitcoin software from version 0.1  by Satoshi Nakamoto. It is not an update to the code and it does not require a soft or hard fork. It happens automatically every 210,000 blocks.

Bro noone is controlling the halving, it's just designed by Satoshi Nakamota and the btc per block is reduced to half during halving, after certain number of btc are mined halving occurs and it's like rule of bictoin.

Your question is really amazing for me because their is no centralized body which controls the price of bitcoin then who conducting this event on each four year's. I have not information about your questions who made this or automatic this event happened on after four years.

I don't think theris anyone responsible for conducting bitcoin halving but it must be a well automatic programmed process done by himself the creator Satoshi Nakamoto.

Most likely, this action occurs automatically, and the bitcoin halving determines what is available today. The split of Bitcoin rewards is done automatically in the embedded Bitcoin code.

No there is no one who actually conduct or regulate bitcoin. This is way how bitcoin were designed bitcoin halving is in bitcoin programming. It was set up by satoshi nakamoto creator of bitcoin.

I think that the bitcoin halving is conducted by those that developed the coin. However there is also speculation that since bitcoin is decentralized that this will not be controlled by any one person or company but rather is an automatic thing that was probably started right at the beginning of the creation of the coin, which i think is most likely more plausible as bitcoin halving occurs ever four years.
