Its a good tip i think because i have heard that if we do not creat our own topic for a long time then we are at a risk of banning we can not work here for long time by replying on others posts so we shoukd also creat good topics if we want to work here for long time and earn good profit too

Dear it means that the forum gives you 7 days for gaining reputation for your posts if you created a post on Nov 1 and it will be paid on 8 Nov but if first six days you didn't get payment it does not matter if you got rating on 7th day its fine it will be counted

I think the banned countries reason can be that the persons of that countries do not have good posts they creat low quality posts that are of no use for the forum so that the cryptotalk have banned that countries members and do not pay to them at all
