  1. It is true that creating new content takes a lot more time and effort. It is very difficult to avoid repeating posts especially because most topics have already been posted and talked about. Besides that, as I see it, sometimes the posts get deleted too soon without giving them a chance to be read or analyzed. In my opinion, the rules for creating new posts are a little bit too strict.
  2. Central banks have gotten interested in digital currencies due to the fact that the BTC and ETH have been gaining more and more share of the currencies market. As a result, big organizations like the G7 initiated a working group on stable coins a year ago. According to them, they are investigating the impact of global stable coins, but the main purpose is to regain control of the market and dictate the regulations they will start applying in a near future.
  3. Any suggestion that is intended to benefit the forum is worth reading and taking it into consideration. Maybe along with new proposals, there should be a way to ask all members of the forum to vote, in order to know if the majority think that it is a good idea and it should be implemented. I don't like it when people discard ideas at once without even given good reason about it.
  4. I somehow agree with you that the people who are better acquainted with the crypto world should create new topics so that everyone can benefit from them, but I have been looking and reading some old posts that are very interesting but they are lock which does not allow anyone to reply to them and so many people do not even know they exist because they don't show up as a trending topic I suggest that all content in the forum should be open to discussion or just giving opinions about them.
  5. I am afraid I have to disagree with that. I really believe that a post that is written in a clear way, is welcome. It does not really matter that much if the person uses common language or academic language. Sometimes things are better written in a common language that using big words. The important thing is that the information is accurate and beneficial for the forum.
  6. I believe that sometimes being generous pays. A friend of mine asked me to help him research airdrops for homework. I remember I told him that I did not know about it. I proposed to him that we should head to my house and search on the Internet about it. He does not know any English and showed me a website he found but he could not understand. I started reading it and the more I read the more interesting it seemed. We complete his homework and he left, but I couldn't help it, it sounded too interesting to stop reading about it. After some time reading and some videos I decided to join the Yobit one, but being honest I was very skeptical about this.
  7. I have been posting here for some days now and so far I have not experienced any lagging or error, yet. Maybe it is a local problem with your internet connection or even your computers. I have read that these days there have been some solar storms and depending on the country you are in it affects more than in other places. These solar storms even cause cellphone signals not only to present problems but also complete blackouts.
  8. I think that these features you are proposing would be very beneficial for people who have a full-time job or are really busy and do not have enough time to check from time to time. Enabling the platform with such characteristics may even improve the number of useful posts.
  9. I can only agree with you. I believe that some peers have been harsh against one another without giving others the chance to make amendments or the corrections needed. I believe that if you see somebody is plagiarizing your own posts or one that you just read you have the right to report that right away, but if it is a matter of opinion or information that is not totally accurate then I also believe we should find a way to let people improve every day.
  10. I have read that some people report as a payback. As I see it your suggestions are good for making the process of reporting itself faster and easier, but you have to keep in mind that there must be a way to verify if a report is based on real violations to the forum or not. It is necessary that the people who are in charge of such an activity are totally familiar with all regulations so they do not just delete a post base on a report without double-checking. I know there might be a lot of work. The forum has to be fair, though.
  11. Some of the most common mistakes people can make are: expecting too much or using someone else’s expectations, not having clear investment goals, failing to diversify enough, focusing on the wrong kind of performance There are two timeframes that are important to keep in mind: the short term and everything else. If you are a long-term investor, speculating on performance in the short term can lead you to disaster because it can make you second guess your strategy and motivate short-term portfolio modifications, buying high and selling low, trading too much and too often, paying too much in fees and commissions. Therefore avoid making these mistakes so that you do not have to run many risks.
  12. Whenever you need to transfer the first thing that comes to your mind is how much is the fee or commission. BTC or ETH has higher fees than all other crypto coins, but it does not only depend on what you want but also what coins the person or company you are paying receives. Any time possible I try to use LTC or even Stellar (XML) but not everybody is willing to receive those.
  13. Creating a post requires a lot more effort and time. Besides that, it is not easy to find new topics to write about. Replying to posts already in the forum gives you the chance to learn from other members of the forum and express your opinions about it. Having said that I'd rather reply to others' posts than creating new ones.
  14. Don't you worry too much about it! I suppose that as soon as you start showing good results they will come to you to ask for information on how to do it. Make sure you are ready for when that happens, even you could, why not? Make some money out of it.
  15. Since I joined this forum I have been spending so much time here that my wife is getting suspicious about it. Most time I spend reading posts from higher rank members and administrators to learn about this crypto world. Writing posts has been challenging and even tiring. I try to reply in the most sincere way possible, but very often I have to read lots of information before. I mean when it is about cryptocurrencies. All in all, I would say more than four hours per day
  16. I would not only recommend this forum to the people who are already interested or involved in cryptocurrencies but also to many of my friends and family members who are very skeptical about this kind of business or could we say way of living? because if they join us they can verify themselves that this is not daydreaming but something a person could learn and master and make a good profit out of it.
  17. Thanks for bringing these principles to my attention. I would keep that in mind and as you said I would do some research on the coin or token before investing. Now, something really important you mention is that we should not rely on everything we read on the internet. The thing is that I am brand new in this world and I would not even know where to look for. May anyone tell me or the public what are the most reliable sources on the internet? Something like a top 10 or 20.
  18. I have tried some apps like IQ or Forex but only with play money. I would really appreciate if I can get some recommendations because I would like to give it a try. Does anyone have any opinion on e-toro? Because from the ad it looks promising but everything in the ads is like that. Hope you don't mind my asking.
  19. Well. It depends on what you are doing, investing, or trading. If you invest in the crypto long term I would suggest to get BTC and always keep an eye on the price, and do not panic at the first drop on prices you know that, all in all, BTC has always increased in the long term, but if you do trading with crypto then you have to study, learn, and be careful. You could end up not only wasting your time but your money
  20. Thanks a lot. Something I found suspicious was that as soon as I joined the airdrop many new contacts appeared magically, and went ahead to greet me cheerfully but I did not respond to any of them since I did not know who they were. I am usually a very skeptical person, even I almost did not join this airdrop because I thought that It was too good to be true. It is good to know the higher rank members care about the newcomers and let us know. Once again thank you very much.
  21. So far I have managed myself to get some satoshis here some litoshis there, some LBC, and even some BAT but it is not enough yet to think in investing. I hope to be able to get the money, the first thing I would do is to trade the dollars to LTC or BTC I hope the price is low for when I can do the trade.
  22. Even though I knew some information about block chain about 10 years ago. I was not until I found out about Yobit.net that I got interested in the topic. So I would say I am brand new in this crypto world which seems interesting and seems promising.
  23. Wow! Finally, I found some concrete information about which cryptocurrency to use for transactions. I really appreciate that. I suppose that investing is different? Am I right. It is to say I read somewhere that if you were to invest a big amount of money the best option would be BTC. What do you think?
  24. Well, I really believe that this should be the other way around. You should give us some advice on how to proceed, and what cryptocurrency is better for people lacking either knowledge or experience. And I am sure we, beginners, would really appreciate it. So sir. with all due respect, we are all ears!
  25. As I see it I would say or thing that maybe Matthew is talking about faucets on mobile apps, Other than that, I suppose would not be profitable due to all the factors that other participants have already talked about.
