  1. Trading is filled with failure, yes, loss, yes, but deception. How can you be deceived if you are trading in a free market, with your own free choice. I will accept that offer, provided, I am able to explain to your friend, that I will try my best to earn profit, but all trades are subject to market risk, understand that , before you give me your money to Trade. If he says, fine, I will take that money and trade.
  2. I dont think all of those falls as scam. Imposter website, Fake mobile apps are more into phishing for your password. That falls into hacking. They trick you to submit your password through a same looking website and then use your details to hack your account. Hence it is in best interest of you to activate 2 factor in all your accounts, or risk loosing it
  3. We are all here to earn and learn. Some are more knowledgeable and some are just beginners, but with the new system of payment, we are all stringed together, wherein we are all dependent on each other, to get a reputation, without which we are not earning. So it is in the benefit of all forum members to work together, spread the information, knowledge and most importantly, use our power to issue reputation to each other, so we can all earn and be happy investors, traders and forum posters.
  4. It not even a point of discussion anymore. We are all here, because we support cryptocurrency, and we believe that it is the future of money. Bitcoin provides so many advantages over traditional money, that there is no way, we can avoid this or ignore. Crypto to fiat is what email was to postal system. But the dying system, will try its level best to survive, and will not go down without a fight. But it will die, because its the rule of evolution. Survival of the fittest.
  5. Buy low and sell high. That's how simple it is. But not easy. It is easy to say, oh buy at this price and sell at this price. It is rare that, you buy something and it goes high the day or week, usually when you buy, the price dips, and that's where maturity kicks in, if you are matured trader, you know to Hodl, and if you are not you will just sell off and loose. If you bought at a price, and suddenly the price rises, then you make good profit, but luck did play a part in it. Coz ask anyone who bought, the moment they buy, the price just goes down.
  6. Theory is useless, practice is king. At the end its about how much money you earn, not how much knowledge you have. But wait a minute, if your theory is not right, then how will you make proper trading decisions, so theory is king, practice is useless. The real advice is you need both. Learn something, and then put it into practice, then when you start learning in a way, that will make you a great trader, or whatever you are trying to achieve.
  7. I think its the cloudflare defence mechanism, that logs user out, so that, a hacker cannot access your funds. After the last ddos attack, they have amped up the security. however if you are using linux, you might find it easier. With the last attack, i was logged out as well, but once everything is fine, in linux you dont get logged out.
  8. Well if you have problem, finding good wallets, just create an account in coinbase or binance. Binance provide insurance for its wallets, that is, binance is hacked, you will get back whatever money is in your account. If you still want to go for wallet, there are many, nano leger is pretty cool
  9. Trading might be the way to unlimited wealth, but the problem is you got to know what you are doing. Even though the basics is simple, but to put it in practice, you need knowledge and years and years of experience, and if you are lucky, you can just go past everything earn a lot of money.
  10. This is the most important reason why people use forums, it is to find information and quality information. I checked some of the list, and yes you can really buy cars with crypto. Before the cyrpto, there was something like, the more quality information you share, the more visitors you will have, and probably is true even today.
  11. crypto has been a blessing for me, Crypto as well as cryptotalk. I made good amount of money from cryptotalk, but I made a lot more money from crypto. The only issue, is I lost more than i earned. But since I started with 0, everything I earned was profit. I hope and pray i can keep going like this, and maybe I will retire this year.
  12. As an old member of grammarly, I can vouch for it to be one of the best correction software. Although, I don't use it correct my grammar in forum post, I can say for sure, there is nothing better than grammarly in this business.
  13. It is true, knowledge is very important in this business, but you cannot entirely depend on knowledge. Strange as it may sound, even with all the knowledge, you may loose, and luck might play a much bigger part. Sometimes you do all the research, and do all the study and still loose money, and sometimes, you just buy some coin, and it jumps 100%...
  14. Thats what happens when the system is so secure. Like the expression, the hunter becomes the hunted, or the strength becomes the weakness. Bitcoin along with the blockchain technology is so secure, that it is almost impenetrable. The only way to access is via private keys, and if you loose it, there is no other way.
  15. The problem is not what USDT offers or crypto in general offers. The problem is what it takes away, and that got every govt. scared. There is no doubt that, crypto offers a huge list of benefits, but the decentralised nature of crypto, takes away, the power from the corrupt govts, and that is a big problem for the governments.
  16. well in my country, you have something called fixed deposits, with interest rates of around 8*% to 10%. If you earn enough, you can easily live off these interest rates. That is the best solution for me if crypto goes out. Further, with covid, most of the jobs are offered online, you can easily apply to work online.
  17. it is said, crypto will do to financial transactions, what email did to postal service. By that context. banks are bound to go obsolete. Think about it, if you can have all the assets in your cell phone, and earn yearly returns on it, and take loans and issue loans, with click or touch of screen, what purpose banks have left. The impact is going to be humongous, but just one word answer, the thing that will go extinct its BANKS.
  18. Well, i don't spend my time of life trying to work and earn my living, hence I prefer not to work, and I have been doing this for a very long time. With the introduction of crypto, it just got much easier. Anyways long answer short, I trade only in my laptop. I find it much easier, although I have most exchange apps, I still prefer laptops. It gives me much broader perspective.
  19. Well you will get a glimpse of the crypto world, because you will be interacting with likewise individuals, who have stars of hope in their eyes. You will get knowledge, only if you know what to read, as most of it is garbage. Plus you will earn satoshis, if someone give you reputation and talk token. So its a win win.
  20. The whole hoopla about everything is the the concept of decentralisation. This word is what differentiates everything, decentralisation means there is not authority in control. That means, the system is free from control and corruption. If bitcoin was not decentralised, then it would not have reached the heights that it has, nor would it capture the imagination of the whole world. And add to that all the points mentioned in the beginning post, and the fact that it is backed by solid maths, makes bitcoin precious.
  21. Mood does affect my performance. Humans are emotional animals, and many decisions we take are more emotional decisions than practical. Even though posting here can earn me decent satohis, many days I didn't post, because I just wasn't in the mood to do so. Did I loose money because of that, yes but having been here so long, allows me to take that absence form posting.
  22. Litecoin is gem of a coin. The transactions are always so smooth, fast and cheap. i love litecoin. Litecoin truly is the silver if btc is gold. However, it doesn't reflect in the price. Ltc at the very least, should be near 250$. and probably would have been there, but the appearance of Eth changed everything.
  23. Well even though, the thread is pretty old, it is still very relevant. Yo can reach that level, and with the new stipulation where all minex miners, are suppose to buy 10% of miner value in Yo token, and spend it on Yo power, it will cause the price of Yo token to reach 0.2btc or more.
  24. I am sure there are many mining sites, but none of them are free. The only free btc you will ever get is from faucets. But my suggestion, why look any further, why not just post in here, cryptotalk, and earn talk tokens as well as satoshis, it is free, and it doesnt get any better than this anywhere.
  25. The price is dependent on the traders of the exchanges. That's why the amount of volume being traded is important. I would assume, the higher the volume the higher the price in that exchange, the lower the volume is the lower the price in that exchange.
