I dont think all of those falls as scam. Imposter website, Fake mobile apps are more into phishing for your password. That falls into hacking. They trick you to submit your password through a same looking website and then use your details to hack your account. Hence it is in best interest of you to activate 2 factor in all your accounts, or risk loosing it
