As far as I read, Craig wright was asked by Court to produce private keys, and claim those 1mn bitcoins. I am not sure, if he has been able to produce it. If he can, then he is Satoshi Nakamato, if he can't then he is not.

It's really hard to believe that kind of news, because first of all the person under the name Satoshi Nakamoto doesn't really want to let people know about his real identity that's why he is using that name to hide.
