In my opinion blockchain technology provide fully decentralized system to the transactions of Crypto currency. As these transactions can't be traced or controlled by anyone.

I don't see any reason for the cryptocurrencies payments not to be secured. They are pretty secured but untraceable. So once the payment have been sent, it cannot be retrieved.

I think cryptotalk and yobit are secure and safe. You may transfer your money through yobit wallet. I know there are many scammers are available so we should always be alert.

The chance of safety is 50:50, because we aren't sure if the process is safe because of trolls and scammers but we can raise the ratio to 100% if we know that our transaction is legit and trusted by the other members of cryptoworld.

No actually security process lies in your hands. If you keep your private keys and passwords safely and don't share it with others then you can actually  do good transactions and there is no risk of getting scammed. But if you don't do that then maybe you are in a risk to get hacked. So the payments are legit but you should be careful.

As far as i know the transactions that occur with bitcoin are relatively safe, and as a result many of the transactions go through without a problem whatsoever. There were some problems in the past where transactions could be intercepted and therefore the payment does not reach its destination, however this seems to have been sorted out and now the system seems to be quite secure. Unfortunately, no system is always going to be perfectly secure, and as long as the system is online there will be hackers attempting to work around, but at the present time i think it is secure.
