Only these coins I prefer to deal with i.e bitcoins and eth and both of them has given good profits to me bitcoin has given more profits than eth.

Tax on crypto? That will only happen when people used government approved exchange. That can't happen in black market.

To be able to earn good profit in crypto, its good to invest huge some of funds, in that case, you will be earning a reasonable amount of money. But you can start as little as $50-100 but don't expect much profit.

It depends how the community large, i like to study coins before investing, if the community is very strong and the coin is listed on some big exchange then it's fine to invest in.

Eth is slow right now, but before if btc is up eth follows. 2017, when btc hit 20k, eth hit 1400. but this time i don't think if btc hit 20k eth will not hit 1400 again due to the present price too low.

some low volume coin worth it while some don;t. Many low volume coin are for long term investment

It will hit 15k - 20k before 2020 gone. Then continues at 10k above by January. My view actually.
