You are very right dear. I have improved and everyone can, this is the way we are all becoming better in writing. I have seen many improvement in many members, and we are going to be a lot better. Most of us were making simple posts in the beginning and were deleted. But many later we changed and learn cryptocurrency better, and manage to learn English better. It was from this forum that bear with us when we are beginners and helped us to become better with directions from moderators and administrators of Cryptotalk.

There is two different things that happen, and I have not read a clear case on what is the most important. The network has the miners that mine the blocks, but after that it is the full nodes that validate them. The hash rate is important because the block needs to be mined first. The validating nodes check if it is correctly written under the software rules.

Like I say in the title, a coal mine exploded a few days ago in China and resulted in loss of lifes but also many Chinese coal miners trapped inside the mine. All the mining operations in the Xinjiang region were ordered to stop operations, and for some reason the government decided Bitcoin also needs to shut down the operations. The government reasons are not given but possibly it has to do with limiting electricity consumption and having every mining facility inspected, either it is cryptocurrency mining or physical resources. This is possibly the reason for the last 15% dip for Bitcoin, that reached a level of 50,000 dollars as temporary low. But there can be more downside to this. The hash rate for Bitcoin is down by 25% and the blocks are delaying. At the time of writing a block has not been mined for more than an hour. It is expected also that the difficulty of finding a new block will drop a lot . The time the miners are out of action can be seen as a negative impact for the price. I do not think that the bull run will end because of this event, but the dip we have seen maybe do not end in $50,000 price, but lower. Proof of Work is lately challenged by proof of stake and Ethereum is going to change all proof of work and remove it completely in the following years to come.

For bitcoin the halving is every four years, and not exactly four years either but less, and a hard fork doesn't have time. When there is an upgrade decided there will be a hard fork to introduce it to the network.

I checked this king of industry of cloud mining and found it is not very profitable for investors. Many of these are scams and there are many that will not pay good, making you lose money to an investment that you can't exit any time you want.
