No, there's not going to be a comeback of the ico market, which was fatally flawed to begin with and so full of scams that everyone lost confidence in new projects.  If everyone gets burned in a certain market, do you really think they're going to keep going back for more?  I don't think so.

ICO will have market but the project that launch their initial offering through ICO won't get the minimum capital and with the way things is going on in initial offering there possibility that IEO will soon loose investors trust to STO.

Well ICO right now is on its falling moment, but i think there are still some ICO projects that is doing great. but i think there is still a chance for ICO to have able to be in market again.

ICO already taken by IEO, I think we need to focus about the next " ICO " model. Technology and program always grow up, like or not another new will take their place. ICO only need to change become new program, different road map different style but same purposes, that's it.

In the scheme of things not really. With the advent of IEOs and OEOs, investors seem to have more confidence and trust in exchanges especially the relatively big ones as the possibility of scam is very slim and of course the exchange is somehow trusted to have done background checks for viability and scalability of the project. I expect ICOs to fizzle out and eventually be replaced with such processes as stated above in the near future.

Well  i think there is still some ICO projects that are doing good, but it will be really tough for ICO platform to be in the market because IEO is really doing great right now.

Too much scam projects have ruined ICO's reputation in the world and it is difficult to gain investors' trust again. I think ICOs need real projects with innovative ideas to be able to come back to the market. One solution is that ICO developers link their projects to famous and well-established projects to prove they are not previous scammers. That is true, 2018 and 2019 were the years when ICOs were a lot of scams and the destruction also occurred that year. So it is not recommended now to invest in ICO.

The last time i check,there still ico of some coin,and as long as many still believe or fall from it even many are being scammed during ico's still it has place on the market.

Yes the majority of ICO now are scam we can't really trust there at all , they want to stole money from people with some fake project. I only trust in some IEO Project it's safe and we can get some profit

I don't think there is any hope for ICO's to recover to their past levels. The profits all these projects made back in 2017 were extreme and investors lost too much money to ever fall in the same trap again. They are trying to change the names to IEO's or STO's but nothing else changed. Still same projects that are looking for a quick cash grab.

That's not something that affects ICO. Still the ICO will die, not because of payment to the bounty hunter. Even if you pay using BTC or ETH. Still, if no investors invest, the project will not work. Bounty Hunter only promotes it.

How could ICO get his girlfriend back? While many projects failed to raise funds from the ICO. Is that what they call a market going back. Now it has been difficult to find a really good ICO market. Therefore ICO will not find its market again.

Yes IEO is more trusted than ico because of security and all the process ois on the exchange without third part you get them right to your wallet and you can trade them directly on abd the majority of ieo have a good feature specially on Binance all project don't fall down after listing on the market
