Of what i have learned there is no art to decrypting the pumps and dumps of a coin, The best way is to follow the news. For eg, a coin is launched, and it announces it will be listed in this this this exchange the price jumps up, and when it is listed the price goes down, and then it announces the main net will be launched and the price jumps up, so there are some tricks to predict a future course of action.

You see the red candle at the market and when the red candle is at a bottom, then that will be the best time to invest.

 

The red column is the best time to buy bitcoin as we see it's very deepest price for bitcoin when it's down. The blue column is a good time to buy but we don't know if the price will be increase, stay at that level, or even getting down deeper. In that situations, we could only wait for a while or we can try to buy bitcoin for a small amount to test the price.

Market will make a gap in the candalistic chart and it will comes down again becasue this is the market rules and the BTC will touch the low first and after that it will go to buy and we make good profit if we are going to trade in this market.

Bitcoin supply is running low and the amount in circulation is also reduced because many people are losing it. Assuming the number is only 18 million, bitcoin is getting scarcer and prices will surely go up as high as possible.

Last few years it is actually not to much volatile. I remember 20-30% moves up or down being the usual with Bitcoin. Since sometime in the middle of 2017 they started becoming more rare and lately even a 10% move isn't often. I think it has to do with bitcoin becoming more mature asset and investors thinking more of long term for it.

The basic art in finding the level of prices whether it going down or up is to have the knowledge of reading charts and knowledge of technical analysis. Also current affairs of bitcoin needed to be updated. Bitcoin is in the hands of many of whales so that is a one of the reason of bitcoin volatility.

This depends on the demand of bitcoin in the market. Some are investing a lot in one time and then for sometime withdraw it. It is a matter of buying and selling lime in the stock exchange, the value getting high when the demands is high and trust is strong.

there are 2 main reasons,

- speculation moves his price

- the low market cap gives to him this high volatility.

I also still did not know the reasons for the volatility of bitcoin, but one of the reasons was listed according to the law of demand and supply, when the price rises, when many buy and drop, if many sell. For me, the best time to invest is when the price drops to the largest extent possible, such as 15 or 20 percent, then I buy because it will not go down that far, unless there is a surprise like these days.
