@Babubu609 The concept is simple, if there are enough buyers and sellers in the market there is no issue of liquidity but if there is less trading volume we will face problem in liquidity of our coins. And that's the reason many projects put buy order for their projects so that sellers Could sell and the price won't affected badly.

That is absolutely right @Ridamthe market depends on demands and supply therefore to get market liquidity there most be token listed with high demand and supply.

This is a subject that is confusing most people and I wasn't very sure what liquidity is until recently and was confused with volume. It means that you will be able to liquidate in cash or stable coins or another asset the asset in question. And the price of liquidation will not be very different from the market. Most of uf are not whales to move a market but we have seen a few altcoins we hold to have very low liquidity and when selling them in some exchanges there is a lot of way down to go. These are altcoins that lack liquidity to support the price of the altcoin.

Thank you, you have given a thorough explanation on liquidity and honestly I didn't know most of these you discussed. I thought that liquidity meant for the tokens to have interested traders to buy them at certain prices and that if you wanted to sell there would be someone buying at the current price.

I am quite delighted with the topic and want to  book mark topic for reference when someone ask me liquidity. The liquidity is making low price coins survival with support of high price coins.
