  1. You will keep getting random scammers messages in telegram as they know they can message anyone, even just by typing the username, or any username, without even knowing where they found it. This is what they do and expect a reply, to begin with their scam.
  2. It doesn't matter the item we buy. It could be alcohol instead of tobacco or anything else. We don't have to make a post about every consuming good and ask if someone bought using crypto. Usually shops don't accept cryptocurrencies, this is a mistake from the merchants, as they could get customers they are now missing.
  3. I agree about the speed and fees of Ripple, it was fine to use it, but the problem is that Ripple kept moving XRP from their wallets and selling for many years. This made the founding members very rich, in terms of billions of dollars, while the price was always dumping and there were many investors bought very high, having lost most of their money invested. It is also considered by many experts to be a centralized cryptocurrency with the ability to freeze accounts and Ripple having control.
  4. If we buy in steps, we get better results, and lower risk. When price dropped to 30k, if we followed DCA strategy it would take us to a great average price for our investment, and today in top profits. We didn't know that Bitcoin would drop to $28000 from $42000. If we bought all together at $42k it would still be a loss for us. Buying in steps, for example every week $25, it would given us today a great average price and we would be in profit.
  5. This time the "buy bitcoin" worldwide trend seems to have retraced a little. It doesn't contain the last few days, so I think that with the recent interest coming from Elon Musk advertising in Twitter, it will bounce from that low and perhaps create more bullish terms. It needs around a week to be validated.
  6. Later from my post, the pattern changed a little. It could mean two things. Either the top was $42000 and the bull run ended, or that there will be a continue in this and the price will make new ATH soon. Whatever happens, I don't see this bull run lasting until the end of 2021 now. In case it moves higher, it will be a few more months. I see signs of a bubble formation, market prices overheated, FOMO (which however can last longer), too many incredible price discussion, about reaching $250k - $500k and many more that make me think negative for the moment. My opinion could change if there is something fundamental that will change adoption.
  7. I must be the only member of this forum that has never used the private messenger yet. It is a good tool to have but it is required mostly for conversations outside the subject of a post and it could be about anything, perhaps trouble, or question. But better don't use it for investment advice from strangers, or for giving personal information. Avoid anything that will have to do with this.
  8. After that tweet, news coming from Binance are telling they are dealing with an increased deposit rate and new account creation. It seems that there will be pumps for many coins and we should focus on some altcoins right now, maybe all that are listed on Binance. What happened with Doge may expand to other altcoins.
  9. I'm impressed. I had also the faith in the halving but not 100%. I didn't know if Bitcoin would achieve this and again it delivered. We all know now what to do, and we can take a few risks now that would not be too much, but wait for the next bear market and be ahead of the rest that don't follow forums and don't understand what the halving means.
  10. They are organized and often are very potent and qualified to perform hacks that require rare knowledge of networks and programming skills. It is not easy for anyone to perform a hack and usually those that do that without getting noticed are very skilled and intelligent. But you are making a mistake to call hackers with the name scammers. Scammers are useless and have the lowest intelligence to do anything else. Being a hacker is something a scammer will never achieve.
  11. In any exchange that asked for KYC, they given the option to withdraw the funds to another wallet if someone didn't want to pass this procedure, without any complication. If this exchange just asked for KYC without giving any other option to the customers it is very scammy behaviour.
  12. It will be available again, you don't have to create Yobit ticket. This is something we all are facing and it is usual. Sometimes the payments are not given for a few days or weeks. Since I joined I think this is the third time it happened and I have learned that it is a common thing and there is a need to refill the Yobit wallet for the bitcoin payments.
  13. Binance is one of the top exchanges but I will never trade again there anything else except spot. Probably they should hire some people that would explain to them how positions work and not make it this difficult to short or long. Bitmex had it correct, but I don't know what binance tried and needs to spend hours to learn what you are doing wrong and don't profit when your bet should have been in profit.
  14. If you ask about the investbox, probably the best you can invest is Talk. The price is on drop for months now, but it is dropping at a rate that will still give you high returns, as it has 1% daily, and it is also connected with Cryptotalk for payments, making it have support from both platforms.
  15. I don't have a problem with that, if I had a local exchange that I could trust I would use that and not anything else. I don't know why there are very few local exchanges, it should be more and focus on the needs of each country which are always different as volumes and risk will be different too, and laws of each country will be easier respected.
