That's normal.It happens all the time.But only for beginners.Where the successful trader He's confident in what he's doing.So don't get depressed when the losses happen.You know it.And consider it a lesson for you.

FOMO is a bad think in trading.

You must to decide if is worth to hold that coins/tokens or to sell and move on, I know that is hard to decide but you must to do that if you think to continue.

I have some situtation before and I learn that decision is very important, what you will do next it's not good to be on "stand by".

Because of that I always write that new traders must to have patience and to learn before they start with trading, becuase it's not easy how they think.

Maybe one of the ways of finding that help is cruel when taking profit, very often the coin will fluctuate and will dip and raise below the sold value I'd rather take a little.

Thank you for your support. As for your problem, I also happened to the same thing before and I contacted the support team. From good luck the problem was resolved few hours after .

Be sure to gather as much information as possible before starting to trade. Also at the beginning it would be a good idea to use demo trading platforms to learn how the market and all the features work.

Withstand losses of up to 75% I don't think it should be done. You should consider first before holding a coin for longer in a loss. There are many ways to recover losses, but it requires a lot of time, one of which is long-term holding, waiting for that moment to return. Dare to take decisions when trading it is important at least 10% of losses use stop-loss to anticipate more losses.

most likely it lies in the way you trade, make sure you do an analysis before trading.

I have also experienced that in the crypto trade especially in 2018 it lost my worst and the case is the same because FOMO and fortunately I did a cutlose before plunging deeper. I'm sure there are still many traders who experience this, so focus on how you make profits in trading and improve your expertise

Mistakes will lead you to become successful someday so don't give up instead used that situation to be more mature and find a good way on how to solve that kind of situation so it will not happen again. 

And as a trader, it will be best if you know hot cut your loss like you need to sell your portfolio if the price goes down to more than 25% of it's price so you can minimize your loss as75% loss is too much.

Do not worry about your losses, you have learned now how to control mistakes. So just think your losses were fee for learning. I think losses are the best teacher which always remind us to play with active mind.

Most successful traders pass by for the same period about the same time, they lose everything they have and everything they built, and despite that they did not stop and they did not give up. I also fell into a state of depression that lasted for nearly 3 years. I don’t know what happened to me until I eat. I don’t eat because I was tired of me failing. I will not do anything in my life.
But I followed a method that helped me to get out of depression
