Nike has patented the mechanism for tokenizing its products using the Ethereum blockchain.  She also intends to issue NFT tokens called "CryptoKicks" to protect the authenticity of the sneakers.  Coins will allow buyers of shoes to indicate ownership of it.

We hope that all those information and news about those big companies like Nike will engaged on their decision, so if Nike decide to adopt Ethereum or any other coin, what about others brands! I think also they adopt crypto.

I read this post, and I went to see if Nike is actually doing it, and its all true but I found something really interesting.

This is a great use-case for blockchain and Nike is always a pioneer, although they made mistakes in the past with the way they treated some of their sponsored athletes. Nike is a giant company and adopting the blockchain sents them ahead of their competition.

Nike has stated that it intends to create unique identifiers and create "ERC 721" codes for some of its footwear. People can unlock these tokens by purchasing physical shoes and these tokens can then be linked to the owner's unique identifiers to signify ownership.

Having more big names getting more intrest in the block chain technology globally will definitely help boost up the acceptance of bitcoin cyculation and usage, I i hope companies like addidas guchi and other get intrested too.
