Can you create fake bitcoin?

This is definitely not possible because no one will buy a fake Bitcoin currency and it will be clear to everyone and I do not think that a fake Bitcoin coin project can succeed

I dont think about you are talking Dear this is impossible to create a fake Bitcoin, maybe this can happen if Bitcoin is a physical piece currency, but if it is a digital currency is not possible.

You can't create another bitcoin, its already created so you can't you need a programming skill to create other coins and you need big funds to create them, but why you waste you money creating face things, may be you can create wallets but you can't create the bitcoin, its already created.

How can this be done? Can these currencies be used and saved in digital portfolios too? I think that this is only possible in fraud sites that steal money by depositing people in it because they contain fake and unreal numbers

I don't think that is even possible. Because the hackers always try to make exact copy of the product to hack someone. And in that situation it won't be available to just make a fake cryptocurrencies like bitcoin. Because if it was possible then we would have already seen or heard anything related to this.  But that won't be possible i guess.

Basically many more Bitcoin forks happened as Bitcoin Gold, Bitcoin Diamond and even BCH had it's chain split after a hard fork with Kalvin Ayre and Craig Wright creating Bitcoin SV. The incentive was always about money, although I have to give to Roger Ver that he didn't need all that exta money as he was already rich enough being an early investor in Bitcoin, and also in Ripple, in Kraken and various other projects related to Bitcoin. There was a scaling debate happening between 2015-2016 and Ver had a voice in the community, still it is the consensus that decided and Ver along with some miners didn't agree and left. I don't defend him, although I am looking into BCH developments and have not completely removed it from coins I'm watching.

Nobody can generate fake bitcoin, there could be double spending though but all bitcoins are not fake, they are all real and there are no fake ones.

Can you please explain that how come you will make fake exchanging platform for cryptocurrency I don't think so that you can make this because it is very risky and making fake platform will result you in a huge loss and you may also face some problem

Your words are true, there is no possibility to make fake Bitcoin because all Bitcoin is mining on the network and by sharing thousands of mining devices and any Bitcoin transaction is confirmed on the network by miners.

Yes, no possible, but there could the case of double spending in a way that you will send bitcoin twice, but fake ones are not generated at all. Double spending hard never happened to me before but I have heard it.

Everything is possible, maybe there will be a way to create fake bitcoins but i don't think if you will be able to use them. If it could possible and use them as normal bitcoins, many people could already became billionaires.

What you say is true, you can create fake currencies and add them to the platforms. Many currencies were created from which the originator stole people through them and then closed them, and these currencies cannot be added to the blockchain system.

You can create fake Bitcoin but it will be completely worthless and will not survive as you can not make transactions in Bitcoin Blockchain network. This is beauty of Bitcoin, no one can create the fake or duplicate Bitcoins to trick original Bitcoin with the same value.

Sure you can create a fake coin and name it bitcoin but it will be worth nothing and can't run on the blockchain or pass in the way where the real bitcoin passes that's the reason why bitcoin is great as compared to fiat funds where one can create some fake notes and even use them as the real note.

The creation of a coin and name it after bitcoin is possible but it will be a fake one and the similarities will only be on names not on all the features don't get me wrong that's what I was trying to point at.

@George10 if it is possible, did you think some coins would have not been named bitcoin? It is 100% impossible. Bitcoin remain bitcoin and altcoins remain altcoins. No coin can be named bitcoin.

You are right, no fake bitcoin can be created and no coin can be created to bear the name of bitcoin, this has never even be possible in cryptocurrencies.

if we create a fake exchange market there is no bitcoin in it. Never download wallets that come from websites that are not official websites. If you create more fake btc you also have to make a fake exchange and making a fake exchange doesn't look good.

I totally agree with you, you cannot create fake Bitcoin and use it in the blockchain technology this is very difficult because the blockchain is a very safe and sophisticated technology and cannot be hacked easily and the use of fake currencies in its transactions

But I have to add this, it is very possible for scammers to divert bitcoin you thought has been already paid you, this is another kind of double spending. But normally, the actually bitcoin are 21 million which new ones can not be created.

Everything is verified on the blockchain. The moment you use a centralized service as an exchange you put trust that they will keep your Bitcoin and crypto and perform the actions you asked them to, while pay them fees as they have operating costs and need to run a business as well. If an exchange misbehaves this does not mean that they use fake Bitcoins or other crypto. They just have fake data displayed on their website. The blockchain is what verifies transactions. The transaction between you and the centralized exchange is not the trades you make but the deposits and withdrawals.

It depends on what do you mean by fake bitcoin, if you mean is it possible to create additional fake bitcoins that work on the current real bitcoin blockchain then the answer is no and that is not how cryptocurrencies and blockchains work, people can not just make bitcoin and add it to the blockchain, but if you meant there can be other coins with similar name then the answer would be yes technically that is possible to even create a coin with the same name as bitcoin and even they can make their own blockchain and make it even look all similar to the real bitcoin but I really doubt anyone would do that's not going to work because the real coin is easily recognizable specially considering exchanges not going to list the fake one to their exchange.
