In my opinion cryptocurrency now isn't like old times. Where old times cryptocurrency created fully decentralized, but now some coin appear with centralized. Where the coin is fully controlled by company or banker.

The centralization is not bad because can make the coin price going stable and guaranteed because behind it company or banker.

But for me i will still choose cryptocurrency with decentralization, where the system blockchain fully not controlled by any company or banker. That will give us the decision to make Bitcoin for example going better.

Decentralize is best way to invest or store your assets but there is a problem, if you send your cryptos on wrong address or if they get steal then there is no one who fulfill your loss or refund it, where as in centralize system all responsibility are of banks. So I think this is a big  drawback otherwise decentralize is best.

Centralized site are safe but Decentralization is the merely technique we preserve pass up magnitude handling in my opinion. This is because fraudsters are entering any new currency or monetary system. At first, decentralization was an attractive idea and welcomed by many people through using bitcoin. But as soon as scammers found a way to do illegal activities anonymously, they became interested in bitcoin. Many people were scammed and no one could get his money back because tracing was impossible. After this, people lost interest in decentralization and now banks and authorities are talking about ways to make crypto a more centralized currency. No!  

First of all these terms are known with the abbreviation of CEN and DEX.
    
And they are based on the control you have over your assets (DEX) which is a basic principle of cryptocurrencies, to be able to control money. So when you have your funds in a wallet or Exchange "DEX" it doesn't matter if it disappears or the project ends suddenly.

Being of the decentralized type your assets can be transferred or opened in another wallet, thanks to the fact that you have control of your private key.

 

A CEN exchange they have the control you cannot dispose of your assets, they centralize the control of your assets. That is, you never have a private key that allows you to access your funds. You really don't have control of your money.
