Trading requires being strong in your position and grow tough skin. You will lose money if you don't stick to your plan. I'm basically hodling as it was always the best strategy from the ones I've followed. Day trading can save you with stop loss, although sometimes the SL don't hit and you will get liquidated. This happened a lot in Bitmex and in Binance. Sudden moves cannot cover all stop losses. Treat every dip as a good opportunity to buy in and hold more.
