Binanse I guess is the best exchange which i know and ever known by me, if you want to change any good crypto with good volume just use Binance, but for CIS maybe yobit also good cause it has yandex.money and qiwi for example.

I think the best exchange may depend on user. Because maybe this exchange was the best to me but other may not because one thing is they use other exchange and they will think the current exchange they are using is better than yours. So in my case yobit exchange was the best because in my experience of using it i love the transaction experience because it is very fast.

Personnaly, my favorites exchanges are (in this order) Kucoin, Binance and HitBTC. The reasons are:

- high trading volumes

- high amount of trading pairs

I think all those Exchange are good for security except HitBTC i have many bad bad review about the security in this one .For the fee all exchange who have his own coin the fee of trading is low if you pay with her coin

I don't think we should think other than yobit as it has great overview and almost many pairs for Trading and providing the best platform for us to discuss we should use yobit as the exchange and yobit is best for me.
