I think the fee is fixed because the coins that have high prices have high withdrawl fee jist like bitcoin. As for LTC the prices is low. Every exchange have its withdraw fees. But i think it fluctuate with the ups and downs of the prices.

That's a commonn question i had to face on start that what is the best amount to invest as a beginner.. I think it is no limitation for investment not as loer to reaches zero or no so biggers to reaches millions. There is no basic amount.. But investment depends upon status and ur luck..
