Because users are not giving reputation! I don't know what happened but some how users stopped giving reputation about a month ago maybe reputation reward is stopped or its because of small value of talk token because yobit pays one talk token for each reputation.

As you said reporting can help moderators to clean the forum form spam and useless comments and its our responsibility but i prefer giving reputation to good posts instead of reputation.

You are totally right some people are giving random reputations to complete their daily limit and receive talk token but what they dont know is giving fake reputations can cost your account and you may get warning point ! One token doesn't worth losing your account be careful !
