What are the Basic steps on how we can allow incoming notifications?

You're right about that but remember some of us are afraid to change some notification or settings in this forum because they don't know what will happen. 

It's okay that someone posted this kind of topic because it can give tips to those who did not know the function yet.

Yea mate many of us have faced problem with receiveing notification. I also when I start as a newbie I have problem of receiving notifications till later I realized that I didn't visit my account settings to know why I couldn't receive notifications.

Well, this is the exactly thing to do because when you're new here in this forum, you must edit this notification settings so that you will receive some notification like receiving some reputations, quoted you in a topic etc, thanks for sharing it mate.

That is easy bro, just enable the word "notify me of replies" at the bottom of the platform whenever you are creating a post. Just enable it and everytime you will become mentioned then you will receive notification.

You can also check some notifications if you allow it in your gmail. Before my notification here was not working that's why I allow receiving it through my gmail which really helped me to know if there's a comment in my new post or other updates.

Nice topic thank you mate. When i joined this forum i did not know how to setup all those so that i can receive notifications in my accounts. But i tried one day to pass all through my account and i were be able to do it. This topic will make it easier for many beginners.

@Babubu609 its totally a nice way to know that is someone comment on your topic or did they quoted you.. But i am not interest with you becuase every time getting many notification will make you feel annoying which is a bad feeling.. But if someone want this setting is helpful then he can follow your instructions easily.

This post will be helpful for many newbies who don't know that cryptotalk have notification feature as well or which don't know to turn it on. I think notification is very important for all of us . I will tell by an example. Just imagine you posted one comment and someone replies to it. You must know that reply. You may not be awared. But notification will make you aware.
