What are the Basic steps on how we can allow incoming notifications?

Good tutorial dude. We can adjust notification preferences on this forum to get them in our forum profile. I have seen, some forum members are asking about the issue that they were unable to get notifications for some important updates.

A very useful post for all new members and another way to activate notifications is to click on the notifications bubble at the top of the main page where you will find inside this bubble the settings option you have to click on it and activate notifications from inside

Yes before is clearly activate but after the updates everyone need to activate it by switching it on and off. But following this tutorial will be very helpful to help them activate it

Yes we can activate that too if interested but the easiest way to receive and send replies I prefer through my profile I received notifications and send feedbacks immediately

Some guys are repeatedly highlighting the the issue while switching the notification for most of important aspects like post quote, post replies, mention in the comment etc. I think I might create another tutorial indicating all essential aspects.

yeah bro I also see that this is really great option in this forum , we can manually add or remove option that's we want . notifaction through browser is really a good option I liked here .

All three steps which are required for to set notifications according to own will it means we can set notifications as we wants we can off some notifications which we don't want to receiving emails or anything else which you want from modification in setting of notifications.

You can connect it to your Google account for you to receive mails when someone quoted your post. 

This is where I get incoming notification so I'm updated when there's a comment or quote in my post.

Good step to have any notification on our page and you can also active the notification for your email to have any thing about the forum in your email too

The majority in the beginning will complain about this, as it is following one of the members because it has interesting positions or if he wants to know if someone responded to his comment or who interacted with him. But with time and through this post he will know how to do notifications. I was also facing a problem, as I didn't even know how to start

I received my notifications via gmail. 

Once you registered your email it will automatically send you notifications when someone quoted your post.

I prefer to use both so that I should get notified when ever someone qoutes me, I try to respond in time to explain in details what I am ask. All the way this topic will help lot members in the forum

You are absolutely right.But i think anyone can go to the notification editing or setting page more easily.They just need to click on 'Notification' and then at the top right corner of 'Notification',they will find the option of 'Notification Setting'.If they click on that,they will get to the desired page directly.

That is true all the steps are correct I also enable mine since before I start Posting in this forum to be sure everything is ready before I start working here. But this will help many members here too

Thanks for the more explanation this is also an easy way for the newbies to on their notifications well you get it more clearly. They will understand it more better now.

Yes, there are many members who face the problem of receiving notifications and I was one of them, but after I took the same steps that I mentioned in your post all notifications were activated and this problem was solved
