I don't watch the market regularly,i just read articles or news daily,check every morning,analyse the chart then setting my buy and sell orders and comes back and check every night. I only watch market if i do margin trading.

It depends, for long-term investments do not need to check every time or every day. can wait for 1 week or even 1 month. but for short-term investments, you should always check, because if there is a slight increase, you can decide to sell.

It depends on investment plan. If I have invested for short time then I would like to check price four to five times a day.  But If I have invested for long time then I check price after one or two days.

Probably once per day will be fine. You don't need to spent your whole day looking at the price, unless you are planning to trade daily. Investors will probably won't care to look at the price for days. Usually investment means that you plan to hold the assets you bought for the long term, which is more than two years. Some people hold stocks for tens of years before they sell them after making really good profits and taking some to buy a new house or to travel the world after their retirement.

Well from what I've learnt, checking prices Everytime is a sign of paranoia. When I buy any alt coin to trade with signals from etoro or my mentor, depending on long term or short term trade, I set the sell order and wait for it to execute

This depends on individual. But I think watching of prices should depend on the type of investment one is currently on. The long term investors would likely not be checking prices everyday. It could be twice in a week. While the short term investors will be checking everyday to see if there are changes in prices. But the day traders checks almost every hours.

In my situation, I always watched the prices of crypto in daily basis so I can easily understand how the market behave in daily basis.

If i invested in the crypto market and buy the coins than i just check it in just a single day at one time the price becasue i know that the market will not move the coin price in just a single day it will take some time.
