I do not think that this can happen. Every currency will remain in its domain and maintain its price in a specific field. Bitcoin will remain the basis for cryptocurrencies.

Nothing is impossible. ETH can overtake in near future. As you can see the growing popularity of Ethereum network in the crypto market. So many new projects are utilizing the the network etherem. Due to growing popularity and the market of ETH it can surely replace BTC.

Atimes coins are unpredictable, Eth is a good coin but not as good as BTC. It could be possible for the price of Eth to be more that the price of BTC in the future. Or may be not.

Bitcoin is not dependent on them. I do not think that bitcoins will win so easily. It will never defeat BTC. Eth really depends on altcoin arc-20 and is affected by the ICO project crash.......

no, because even if with ethereum you can do a lot of different things compared to bitcoin, this one has something that eth don't have. in fact bitcoin has a max supply limit and this helps a lot to grow his price, instead ethereum has an infinite supply. so etherum will surpass the bitcoin price in my opinion

i ether will never take bitcoin's place on crypto market.i agree that eth has many amazing options and it there are many tokens on eth platform but btc is the first coin and i think if bitcoin dies crypto will die too.

I do not think that it will overtake bitcoin as bitcoin has more investors but for the future of ETH I know that its price will rise up to the half of one bitcoin.

Sometimes ETH beats bitcoin in provisions of advertise size like come again? happened selected living past in Yobit but it has not at all been proficient to remove bitcoin in conditions of consequences and promote cap. even if ethereum is other functional than bitcoin and preserve be old for on the rise new altcoins but I don't suppose it be able to beat bitcoin easily. It may strike bitcoin in the imminent but that gadget doesn't go down soon.

I suppose it will happen, but I don't know how long.  Bitcoin is still the most valuable currency.  Bitcoin market is still growing fast.  Many investors still believe in bitcoins.  It's hard to get Bitcoin in the air right now.

I like Bitcoin, it's the most used and the most reliable. However I think any currency denotes bitcoin as bitcoin, as Ethereum is a strong currency

This will not happen for the following reasons:

 

1- bitcoin has an anonymous creator, and that fascinates people

 

2- Bitcoin is decentralized, and it fascinates people
