I already tried this and its useless you will only waste your time using this app the minimum is 10.000 Satoshi but it will take your more than few months to earn using this app believe me its useless and its not worth your time.

I hear that the browser mining is waste of time its fake so dont waste you money in this kind of sites if you want to start mining you need much bigger PC with high GPU and Ram .

This is not true at all. The owners of CryptoTab are from the university that is right next to my house where I live. It's 2 young blokes who made the browser just for money so they can focus on their school, it turned into a legitimate business and our(Estonian) laws and regulations aren't US or RUS positive where they sell data. If they ever sold data they already would've been caught.

But only few of them are really really got.

Hello. I think cryptotab (the first browser of its kind) is a good way to earn some cryptocurrency for people who do not have technical skills in computing / mining or just for people who often leave their computer on ( like me). It is however advisable to read the privacy policy carefully .... I have known this browser from the start but I only installed it 2 days ago. I recommend leaving it open but I do not recommend using it for surfing the internet.

Yes, it is possible. It can be better way to earn some free bitcoin extra. There we don't need to work. After a long time we can earn one time massive income by using it.

But what if the computer that we use has agreed to the standard for mining. Is it wrong to do that, we do understand the impact going forward. But this is what we can do to get income.

I have also read about browser mining but I don't know how it works. It is said that browser mining uses javascript to mine coins. Does it mean that your browser uses your CPU to mine based on some integrated algorithm inside a browser? Does it mine whenever you open your browser and stops mining when you close it?

If it uses CPU for mining it won't be profitable.

I agree. You can only earn from Cryptotab faster using referrals. The more referrals you have, the  more miners you will also gain and a percentage of what they mine will be given to you. However, I am still using this browser until now. What I usually do is that I open the mining tab from the browser using their bookmark icon then I will do my daily browsing. Since I am currently working online, I spend most of my hours everyday in front of the computer. So I just let the browser do it's own thing mining satoshis while I do other stuff of online work. 

 

The negative part of this is that it kinda slows my search and loading time. But it is still okay. Atleast I am still gaining a few rather than not gaining anything at all.

I do not think that browser mining is doing a real cryptocurrency mining job because blocks would have to be created on your device to add to the blockchain which is not possible. Maybe they are sharing the hash power among all browser users.

actually now but if you try browser mining then your browser will probably crashed and many more problem will arises. i tried and my was not able done perfectly. so that is why i never gonna suggest browser mining

Browser mining are not fake are real but not profitable nothing you will just wast your time for nothing, I think those browser navigator they are promoting just their browser are good fast..etc but to attract people they need to use Bitcoin or coin as cause.

I second the vote that the nimiq browser mining is real, and is a great way to benchmark your laptop vs your phone.  However, the desktop mining for nimiq is about 2-3x faster (yet obviously not available on phone/tablet).

So while it's pretty cool that you can start mining with almost zero setup, it's not super-effective if you want to get serious about mining.  It is however a good way to see if it's worth your time (and electricity).

 

I'd advise that every other site that offers in-browser mining is scamming you, just be careful.

Many legitimate and paying browser mining out there, and also browser mining that is a scammer, basically depends on the sites that provide mining software that is downloaded to the browser. I personally do not want to try browser mining even though many are legit, because it is too risky for hacker attacks.

Browser mining (CryptoTab) is legit dut do not expect to earn a lot. For privacy reasons, don't use it to surf on the web. Use it only for mining. If you have a good CPU it can be interesting.
