Investing in Litecoin in 2020?

It's been long time since I earned my first litoshi and since I missed the moment in the past to buy a whole Bitcoin I managed to do it with Litecoin. I had stopped earning Litecoin for some time, I was holding but never buying or selling until two months ago. I saw that one of my fav altcoins' price is suppressed and I like buying assets while they're cheap so I bought some again and started buying since then. I don't know why but I feel like this year Litecoin's gonna go big. It's just 6th sense I think. Its price's woken up a bit lately and this made me think my senses didn't lie to me...

Why I invest in Litecoin? Here are my reasons:

- Litecoin stands the test of time - appeared in 2011 and it is still alive and kicking and working ok

- Litecoin's code is close to Bitcoin's one but it's optimized for faster transactions - so if you like Bitcoin you should like Litecoin as well

- Litecoin transactions are fast

- Litecoin transaction fees are really low

- After so many years of existence despite all new crypto that appeared meanwhile Litecoin still keeps its market capitalization high - it's still in top 10. Currently at 8 position

- Litecoin's creator is Charlie Lee - a computer scientist who worked in Google but once he started his work on Litecoin he's now fully devoted to it

- In crypto space Bitcoin is regarded as crypto-gold but Litecoin is the crypto-silver so if that is true - in the end only gold and silver will shine

- It's dirt cheap now having in mind all qualities it has

After mid-March,I am not noticing the significant price growth of Litecoin against BTC and ETH this year.Last time price of LTC was at $80+ when BTC price was at $10000+ mark(Before mid-March 2020).But now, have a look at price of LTC in the cryptocurrency markets, we are not noticing a massive surge in price of LTC. So for me, I still hold LTC for a long term purpose because current scenario is not looking like to give me good benefits from LTC trade.

I think that the LTC community has also shrinked. There were many that exited a little before the Litecoin halvening last year and never heard of. Litecoin communities in social media as facebook used to be full and now noone actually cares much. I haven't heard of anything about Litecoin lately, no new developments and basically it looks abandoned. It's price has shrinked as @Whited35 said and it seems that Litecoin now is not considered a competitive altcoin. It just follows Bitcoin's price and keeps losing in sat terms. There is a massive support though between $20-30 in the zoomed out chart. 

If I keep reading posts about Litecoin from many sources and see their communities becoming healthy and active again I will consider it.

Well, perhaps LTC community hasn't shrinked but has been silent for some time since as Charlie Lee said in a couple of interviews Litecoin has been regarded as boring crypto lately and that's not such a bad thing - it's just that it's more stable now. But that is going to change soon since they're about to test Mimblewimble until the end of the summer. I know , litecoin is really a perfect coin if we chose this coin as a long-term investment . but personally I always Invest some money in xlm and TRX . surely , I will invest some money in litecoin also . now litecoin is in good position ( cross $50+ ) .

About her fee, if talking about litecoin transaction fee, it is truly very low, but ripple and digibyte are lower. It coils be an old coin but you should go for profitable coins and study it very well. Although I like litecoin and it is professionally for me.

I look at all crypto investments as long term investment - paper cash is the present but crypto is the future! Actually one of my biggest investments is also XLM and I also earned some TRX in the beginning of the year - they both look really good to me but what Litecoin has as advantages are longer existence, bigger market capitalization size and also concerning age and position - it's like Bitcoin at low price. I don't know how you guys feel but when I hear fed's plans to print more and more dollars I feel like all cryptos are doomed to succeed big time!

LTC has enough support to make it going forward in my opinion ! since 2011 LTC is proving to all people its strong and good support.. the fees of LTC transactions are rally low and that's why many people prefer to use it.. we are talking about one of the best cryptocurrencies in the market! so i think that if you believe in the future of cryptocurrencies so it would be good to hold it..

Litecoin has become one of the first and best currencies in many respects
Investing in it is definitely beneficial, however I see that investing in any strong currency now is profitable

I mean, imho it's undervalued, it has an use case, and i can see it rocketing once again. But i can't see it as a revolutionary, exciting or sexy project. More like a testing ground for btc. Maybe i'll somehow change my mind when the hype comes.

LTC is one of my best coins, i really like them because they always give me good profit when i hold them from a lower price. 2020 is good year to invest in LTC, but this is my advice... Only buy and hold LTC if they will be under $43 apart from that you can lose your money.

I think even tho litecoin recently went from 39 dollars to over 60 nobody have talked about it, this is one of the coins that i loved and made good money on it near halving as i bought in 30-35 area and sold in over 100. i hope to see this coin rise above 100 again soon.

Litecoin my favorite coin and l always invest in this coin, there is no any technical reason behind I just like this coin design, and so many times I earn profit through litecoin,because when this coin prices dumps then it's really cheap to buy, once litecoin price pump's then we earn decent profit also, and mostly I use this coin withdrawal purpose in yobit exchange because its take (0.002) low withdrawal fees, and so many benefits.

Litecoin is one of the best coin to do Invest if you hodl for long term. And even after the huge pump in Eth and Btc we haven't seen any big move from Ltc and it's one of the coin that has enough potential to go higher than current rate. So if you could wait for longer term it's one of the great coin in my opinion.

Your all the Point about litecoin currency is right..in my Own view litecoin is my favourite altcoin becuase of its facilities.. So if you want to invest on litecoin then you should invest so Because you need to know that last month litecoin price go up to 66usd which is huge pump without any doubt....so you must need to be patience when you hold ltc

I have little experience with Litecoin but if I have read about its project, it is a currency that has surprised many people in my personal opinion I think that Litecoin still needs to grow in addition to its low costs in fees attracts more investors, soon I will study more to background on this cryptocurrency.

I like Litecoin as a currency, it was one of the first to earn in faucet when it entered the world of cryptocurrencies, but beyond the speed of transactions and low commissions, crypto has no other strong point and that is why its growth is not so notable relative to BTC and ETH pairs
