In previous campaign.Mostly members didn't pay attention to give reputation to creater of the topic. And that was bad thing. Admin looks this and now in new campaign they change the rule now everyone give reputation. This is good thing.

Thank you for this guide and I will like to add that one should always make sure the topics they create contain more than 100 characters because it is one of the rules of creating topic in every section you visit and also make use of simple grammatical words that members will understand.
