Binance: how to exchange BTC to BNB

Hi all,

I need advice on how to get BNB of Binance. 

I wanted buy something with BNB on the Binance DEX exchange.

So, I have created a Binance wallet via Trust app and have sent some BTC there.

I saw that I could couple my Trust wallet directly to Binance DEX,

so I hoped I could use BTC once connected.

However, when I did connect the wallet, I saw no BTC on my DEX account.

Then I tried to do a swap directly in my Trust wallet.

But it appeared that there was no swap from BTC to BNB, only from BTCB to BNB.

But there was also no swap from BTC to BTCB.

Then I sent my BTC to my Binance (not Binance DEX) account. I hoped I could change it there.

Either from BTC to BNB or to BTCB. But that appeared not to be possible either.

And with every transfer I am loosing some BTC value of course, which is sad to see.

Maybe somebody could give a good advice what would be the best and cheapest (as to transfer/exchange costs) solution.

How it wasn't possible? Obviously you can change bnb to btc and back, otherwise it would just be a worthless coin. So does it give you an error or something? Here's the trading pair -> https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BNB_BTC

@rekter Thank you for the tip. I have managed to buy BNB using it. I did not know that was the way. On my Balance page, I saw my BTC amount and then was clicking the Trade link at the end of the row. Then I got a pop-up menu with only BTC/smth pairs in it. So, I thought it was not possible.

@UT2001 Oops! I have just bought BNB on the "normal" Binance. Should I now send it back to my Trust wallet? And then go to Binance DEX and connect it to it? Will it then "see" my "normal" Binance BNB?

I think that you can exchange exchange BTC to BNB or BNB to BTC  in an easy way by clicking on trading in platforum "Binance" and then choosing the trading pair BTC-BNB or vice versa, good luck for you

there is definitely a page on binance exchange where you can sell your BTC for BNB, but as a last resort (not recommended unless you can't find anything else to do) you can deposit your BTC into yobit and exchange it to BNB there

Thank you @Moaz. I have already found the way to buy the BNB. I was searching for the pair on the Balance page where every currency row has a Trade link at the end of the row. In that menu, there is no BTC/BNB. For that I had to go the Markets and there I have found the BTC/BNB pair.

Thank you @ETheHedgehog. I have indeed found the pair on the Markets menu on Binance and bought the BNB.

Well bro I have no idea about binance exchange bnb coin to btc, because I can't use binance exchange to trade, I know only yobit exchange process, but I have learn through your topic and most of our forum members also explain very well.

to buy BNB you just first have to Check the exchanges on whch BNB coins are listed.once yiu find the exchanges make sure to buy  with some popular and less amount of fees exchange to avoid excessive charges

@madrus  I know you have already solved your problem but I want to clarify one thing. When you login to Binance, click on "wallet" then click on "spot wallet". Below the language selection (on the top right corner) you will see "Convert to BNB". If you click on it, the page will display all your balances that have small amounts of cryptocurrencies (below 0.001 BTC. You can convert these small amounts to BNB with 1 click. It's useful.

"You can convert balances with a valuation below 0.001 BTC to BNB once every 24 hours"

Haha! Thank you @bitcoinb ! After I had bought BNB, there was a small leftover of BTC. I have now used your tip to convert that to BNB.

if you have bitcoin into your wallets then where btc gone with you connected your account with binance dex. So need to refresh your browser's you will find your funds in your wallets. Because this is not showing into your Wallet's due to my be networking errors.

Sign up on binance exchange and deposit Bitcoin and go Bitcoin to BNB trading section and buy BNB coin. Actually this is very easy process to convert btc to bnb. I guess after this you know how to get BNB coin.

@madrusI hope your problem has already got solution but I think you have followed a costly long track to complete the transactions. Let's what you can do. if you have already converted BTC against BNB, and you might link your Trust wallet on Binance DEX. To get started,here is the official guide,  open the Binance DEX and click on WalletConnect. From here, click on the "Get WalletConnect QR Code" button. Open Trust Wallet and click on the button in the upper left-hand corner of the wallet and then click "WalletConnect".

I don't know how to buy binance coin on binance decentralized exchange because I never used binance dex but if you want to use binance exchange then it will be good because it is easy to use

In yobit you can change from BTC to BNP very easily if you have balance abroad then send it to your yobit balance then you can go to trade option and exchange it BNB

@Jahida 67 Binance coin is a very good coin, but in addition, to exchange any coin, you will need to go to the trade section at the left side of yobit, to look for the coin you want to trade.

You can swap your bitcoin in the same wallet and dont go to the exhcnage i mean the binance dex,and I think you can change your bitcoin to BNB you need just to have the minimum for that

I have not traded Bitcoin to BNB in Binance before, but I think now BNB you can find it in many others website exchange and one of them is Yobit website exchange platform and it is very easy to buy and sell it.

My friend can exchange BTC to BNB on Binance.
But the minimum exchange is 4 BNB.
Have you tried exchange with a limit of less than 4 BNB?

It's very easy, but maybe there are some who do not know how to convert bnb to btc on binance platform, but the command is easy and all they have to do is select the btc / bnb trading pair and buy or sell

I didn't used binance dex , u will recommend to shift your Bitcoin From your trust wallet to binance exchange with a very little fee then easly Via trade you can exchange your Bitcoin into BnB or in other coin as you want
