Dear I do not know that the new payment system will be completely disabled but you know that in the English section we do not know what when we will start recieving out money. The payement is disabled by desais due to large number of spammers . -
Hard to understand the topic. We have to create the simple topic which can be easy understandable to every forum member. There are many hard or tough topic which cannot be understand. So it is the responsibility to make simple topic.

Dear thank you for your information. I want to tell you that I am not withdrawing my balance to the bank account. I am withdrawing my money to my payeer wallet and from thier I receive my money. I covert bitcoin to my litecoin because litecoin has a low withdraw fees. -

You are right and your personal information is protected if you want and if you do anything wrong then you will not protect your data. You do not have to give your kyc verification to any unknown wallet. Because the unknown wallets are too much fake.

Your reasons are right that who we can secure our account and who we will loose your bitcoin. The first thing is that do not loose your private key ever which have you provided by the digital wallet. If you lose you will lose your money.
