This topic is about hiding topics by members themselves, which is very wrong, instead the members should not even create a topic at all. If to hide, then do not post. That is my own opinion about hiding a topic which I completely rubbish. Moderators can not even allow such.

there is many duplicate topic in the forum and we can see that even in the same session you can find twenty topic about some wallet in wallet session.I think that's a good idea and one good thing is if this feature get added to the forum then members will work harder to make better topics.

The majority of post are good and any one can understand them you need just some basic knowledge in crypto.it can cause many more duplicated posts and many people will commit many violations even they don't know what they do.
