    I think you shouldn't do this. We should give reputation depending on it's quality. By giving same reputation to others can be harmful for your account. Moderators can warn you.     Right you should have patience. Specially it's important for newbies. It takes almost 2 weeks to get our 1st payment and we had to work for more than two weeks without any money. Some people get bored and skip this work and the members who have started earning we should have patience also and try to develop our post's quality.

    I think they fixed these withdrawal fee by it's demand. Demanded coins charge more than others. But it's fixed when the price goes up the fee also goes up depending on usd. I don't much about this. So forgive me if I have mistaken anythink.
