The strangest exchange is on coinmarketcap!!

if you go on google and browse about the exchanges you will find Many exchanges with a great volume of the coins but those are jus unknown .such kind of exchanges created by the scammers just to scam people in the name of large volume of cryptocurrencies.

I wish that was the case, I did a research about this exchange and I found out that it was a well-known exchange since 2016 and his reputation was good and it was mentioned in a famous economic newsletter but in 2019 it suddenly closed and closed the site and stolen users ’money and nobody knows the reason.

Then again, no-one is probably telling them that an exchange died or that some deserted blockchain doesn't move anymore it would be impossible to follow all the projects.

Maybe this dead exchange has the best chances to be returned and that's why its still listed in the coinmarketcap, because they have no any reason of still listing dead exchange.

This is true, CMC is the first and most popular site from which everyone takes their information and if you see a number of currencies and exchanges Scam this raises concern about the reliability of the news that you take from the site. Site management should take note.

You topic is waking call for those who blindly trust coinmarket data.I have read many things about coinmarket data where they place wrong information on site and does not update the information.This is a manipulation of information where users blindly following them and facing loss.We have to use other sources for verification of information.This is clear scam from exchange and they have listed that exchange  which is run away .In crypto trust on your  guts and make offline wallet for better safety .The online wallet ,site and exchange can be  shut down any time like this exchange.

I think that they are still including dead coins and I think that is the main reason that the exchange in the market becomes strange becauss you should not include those deadcoins and try to deal with new coins.

This was a good finding. It is a good example why we can't just trust coinmarketcap links and be totally safe that the exchange or project they have in their indexes is legit. In the past they have listed many scam coins and they featured in their index even Bitconnect which was a total ponzi that collapsed. We were trying to warn everyone about this scam back in 2017 but just being in the front page of coinmarketcap was making enough harm on it's own.

Coinmarketcap is not an exchange. It is an index that provides information on cryptocurrencies and their prices. Their data is provided to them by the exchanges. I don't know why you chosen to quote me and write something that is totally incorrect.

Not only bitsane exchange is strange exchange is on coinmarketcap but there are a lot exchange and coins listed which have no value and no activity. I guess coinmarketcap have to remove this kind of exchange.

There are many dead coins that are still listed on this platform and that is most likely what you see here. I have noticed that when a coin is listed it stays listed regardless of the position of the coin. For example if the coin becomes dead, with no volume and no value it will still be listed on this site. It is my hope that in the future this will be changed and that all of the dead coins will be removed from the market list.

Yes, this is the duty of the Coinmarketcap site. Do not keep the site clean by deleting currencies and exchanges of scams because people trust the Coinmarketcap site and they believe that any currency or exchange listed on the site is good.

It is really unfortunate that a well-known platform listed on a platform coinmarketcap closes , and steals people's money and this is evidence that not all currencies or platforms listed on coinmarketcap are 100% safe, and you must also choose the safe platform

I may not agree with you on the topic coinmarketcap, not like any website that adds what it likes. I think this sort of the exchange platform should be removed from the ranking system. So many scammers might cheat by creating the fake sites by showing the reference of coinmarketcap. If there is a suggestion function on the coinmarketcap, I might report against this issue.

Yes, these exchanges and even the dead and Scam coins must be removed from Coin Market. You mentioned a very important point. They should make an advantage to report the coins and the dead or bad exchanges. That would be very very useful indeed.

Just as there are many coins scams in the same way there are exchanges and I think that goes out of hand with those of CoinMarketCap because the exchange worked perfect but they can't stop it from going to stop working

Those are dead coin with dead project. I actually don't know why they are still listed in coinmarketcap but once you see the market volume at zero, it is an already dead project.

But doubting new coins will just make the exposure of this coins more scare to actually be used in the field of Crypto transactions, but precautions are safety, as an effective guideline to save your self from scams
