I reasoned that the price of higher coins like Bitcoin and ethereum tend to go high often because there is low demand in it, but the price of smaller coin fall randomly because there is high demand in them

I think @Ch Ayyan that corona is mainly responsible for the fall in the prices of cryptocurrency.As all the currencies  and other things like trade and etc in the world are facing this problem so cryptocurrency is also facing this kind of problem.I think we make help these cryptocurrency to get up back on its feet is by inviting people in the field of crypto as they will join this crypto world they they will start earning crypto and slowly as more people start joining their will be a need for more crypto and it's price will increase.

The main reason why the great bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies has been down for a while is due to the Corona virus but i believe we shall soon see boost in the price of coins especially bitcoin because just of recent it shows some improvements by rising to around $11k from $9k but it has fallen a bit and still i believe that it will soon rise again before the end of the year and probably it can reach the region of $19k-$20k.

I think the price of bitcoin is actually relative and one can understand this from so many angles and the very price of bitcoin requires a lot of work to understand and be sure about because when we are able to form a certain prolifelations as we all know we need to really define what would be the best thing to initially see what happens to bitcoin. Yes it is that when the all price of crypto curenccies are all very down much this is when you know it is the buy option we are have and no fear only do that buy. Prices are later go up lot and by the market feel you can know if it will go up moar or time to sell the dump and buy again very down much as before.

You are right for saying Crypto currency prices breakdown amidst Covid-19 which was severely affected around March to April. But in may the month of halving BTC was able to recovered and rise the market upwardly. And as you can see now with help of bull run, prices are spicking pumping up every day.
