Absolutely yes, crypto currencies has help many country grow their economy growth rapidly in the following listed below.

Unemployment rate have reduced many people engaged themselves into cryptotalk by earning money from their post in which they don't have to wait for government.

Trade market is expanding and increasing every day.

The risk of traveling with money from one place to another have reduced.

People do complain of bank charges but in crypto is not like that which makes people to be joining every day.

You can ask about it more deeply to @Ridam and @Calvinpriva as they know the effect of crypto currency in those country where crypto is legal..  But my view is that if any country accept crypto with proper controlling then its helpful for the country economic but if they wont able to control the crypto transaction then it will be bad for the country economic rate..

Crypto currency has wide range of opportunity for a countries. Countries whoes native Currency inflation is high they could use blockchain based Crypto for making economy running in some aspects.

If a country has sanctions for export , they could use Crypto and Btc mining to mine btc and sell it against the Usd so usd gets into the country. Like : Iran

If country has huge number of corruption on going then Blockchain based data storage will definitely provide privelage for stopping them. 

Countries like Venezuela are getting funds from US through Crypto currency and the because of president issue now us is sending funds for relief work there to Waido and Nicolas Maduro can't seized the funds anymore.

There are other many opportunities of Crypto currency these are some usecase Currently running in different countries.

But if country can't regulate the Crypto currency then it would cause negative results. Blakc money is most common results if Crypto isn't regulated properly.

Not only do I believe it, but it is proven that thanks to cryptocurrencies many people who were previously unemployed or simply salaried have radically changed their economic situation with little effort. The difficulty of unemployment is a very big problem for any country. If cryptocurrencies solve that problem, any country can move forward. So I think cryptocurrency will help many countries in the world.

What you described is unemployment which is a personal problem in the society. Crypto can solve this problem but this is not enough to help problems of larger scales like what countries are dealing with. There may be lots of employed people in a country but it can still suffer from economic problems. If crypto can increase imports and exports, then we can say it can be useful for countries to strengthen their economies and increase their revenues. Involving in extensive mining operations can be helpful too.

@Ridam can you explain this line more deeply brother?  You mean those huge number corruption available country can  stop the corruption just by added  the same features of blockchain for the country national currency or what??
