Why Is Crypto Currency not Popular in the Philippines?

I think that this is due to the fact that residents there are not used to working on the Internet , and therefore even the official adoption of cryptocurrency has not made it popular there.

Cryptocurrencies are probably not known in Filipnias because of the restrictions put on them by the government of that country and do not want that kind of digital money to compete with their local money

Because it has been promoted that you will be charged if you deal with Bitcoin and that it is just fraudulent and other things that make people alienate its existence. But this was years before, as awareness of this digital system was increasing we did not hear any objection regarding it, even though some countries still have not dismantled the attendance of dealing in cryptocurrencies

Perhaps the reason people feared the use of bitcoin and crypto in the Philippines because of its ban, as well as the lack of an idea about it, and people think it is dangerous

I think because people there are very poor ! and they are not interested in this field because they are working to eat and make their family good ! but I think that they have to work in this field because it's very profitable

There are some countries that prohibit the use of cryptocurrencies, these countries believe that cryptocurrencies should be used under government control.
So you must respect the laws of your country.

This may result to the country policy if the president of that country didn't allow the acceptance of cryptocurrency then the people have no option than to leave it. If not that maybe from the law of the country made very strict against cryptocurrency and that most have a big reason.

There are many people don't even know about this cryptocurrencies world! Especially in the third world countries.. Maybe their governments don't want their people even to know about cryptocurrencies to avoid them from using them in their financial transactions.

Not only Philippine,so many other country's government didn't accept crypto currency,they banned it's uses and if anyone use crypto in those country,it may consider as a crime.I think that's why peoples are afraid about crypto in Philippine.

Crypto Currency is not popular in the Philippines because people are tend to be scared/afraid of taking risks and associating themselves with it. I guess it is not only in the Philippines but other countries as well. People have to be courageous and brave enough to take challenges and risks.

I think why Cryptocurrency in Philippines is not that popular because of they are not well educated about them. They are afraid to try  cryptocurrency because they think its a scam. They rather work hard in some things than going to Cryptocurrency.

Everywhere people are skecptical about bitcoin not just your country. I blame the news that report bitcoin as a scam and a thing that we trade. Some people made rich by it and some lost a lot. It is dangeruos and we can lose money if we trade wrong this is why people do not like it. And it is used for illlegal trades on the internet and many scams too. But every other money is used the same too so these complains are wrong.
