I think its a campaign by the Yobit exchange which is ended and I also heard that many user don't get the reward amount and even the referrals are got a very less reward coins.

The 700 yodollar was the initial airdrop which the yobit exchange did to airdrop their Yoda coin, as it when it was released, the withdrawal was instead sent to the investment box, as profits from it was being generated, but the airdrops was not fixed as it was according to how many user you referred to the airdrop bot
