Is it possible to search for bitcoin transactions on blockchain network based on the amount and date?

This is not possible because there are so many transactions that even if there were such a search you would have thousands of matches for both the transaction date and its price.

As I know that in the blockchain, we can search In a specific transaction,which  if we know the wallet address of an account, as searching the address there will give out a history of every in and out transaction on that address

As far as I know, you can track Bitcoin transactions by the date. Blockchain saves all the transactions you made and you can get a link fo every transaction.

I think it's impossible, impossible to calculate or perform tracking because bitcoin doesn't accept any tracking. Strictly speaking, I think not afford. and the address is not the same.

This isn't true. You can track all transactions on most cryptocurrencies blockchains. And you can link transactions to their source. This can be done by experienced individuals. There are ways to obfuscate and hide transactions and addresses with some methods but these have a high chance to be tracked as well. Basically the blockchain has transparency as its main feature and all information is open to anyone that wants to take a look.

Of course you can download a copy of the blockchain, but I think searching in this way will be very difficult. The database is not very bulky. There are definitely thousands of similar numbers for the amount you want to search for. You will have to search semi-manual and I think you need a lot of time.

Bitcoin can be tracked, there are some websites you can use to trace bitcoin addresses. But, only addresses will be know, the real owner will mot be known in real life but I recommend only non-custodial wallet for those because in custodial, kyc is needed and this results to data leakage.

I am no blockchain explorer and I don't really have enough experience with them but I believe the only way to filters out a transaction or transactions is address or the block height, you can't find transaction through amount or date/time at least for now. Maybe it might be a good thing it that is possible later.

I doubt that this is a reasonable waste of time, considering how many transactions are made per day, but it is quite realistic.
