Okay according to what I know , chasing markets has never ended well we need to avoid that, but we can also be able to understand some of the things that help us in gaining in this market so some reason we  get to understand this is that sometimes we fall into a loop hole, we get into the market when its at the peak

Well, this is actually true mate because many people especially the holders of bitcoin are having a big benefit for bull run because they can get a huge amount of money here by selling their bitcoin into higher price or value.

Yes of course, as halving affect the price of Bitcoin yielding a positive outcome that significantly changes the value same to bull run. Bull run will trigger the rising of BTC to a high value favouring those who not only BTC but also altcoins to dumb and cash out their profits

I think there are many peoples that hold their Bitcoin for the profit. Because when bullrun in the crypto the price going to rise and when the the investor hold it and he knows about the crypto movements. 

He buys when the price is low and the he sell theirs coin when the price is going to the high.

If you don't have anything what do you expect to cash out then? You have to invest and wait for a bull run to sell higher. Otherwise if you wait for the pump first to happen and buy then you lost and your investment will be riskier.

If you get into crypto and understand it, then it is what you should be waiting for. If every coin pumps or not it is different. There are many that don't do anything and at least 90% maybe will not pump or reach any good price. These are abandoned coins and scams so we don't even need to look at them or invest and wait.

It wasn't very elaborate what you mean here friend, you ask if the bull run is for everyone but if you don't hold any investment how do you expect to profit? Or you mean that the bull run will not pump all the coins? This can't happen as some are not worth anything. 0x5 is still 0.

I think the bull run market is for anyone, everyone can benefit from it. For well-known coin holders and non-famous coin holders. If a bull run occurs, all existing altcoins will also go up. Vice versa, if the market becomes bearish then all altcoins will fall.

Crypto bull run will continue as long as it goes, because the demand for crypto is increasing and when the demand increases, the price will increase.  People are now working harder on cryptocurrencies and more on trade and investment, which is increasing demand.  Btc is getting more bull run in cryptocurrencies and so has the price of other crypto coins.
